Yay, about time I start a thread of my own. Anyway, I'm very new and very stupid when it comes to producing music. Lately, I've been dreaming of doing a breakbeat remix of Dire, Dire Docks. Recently, I've opened up Fruity Loops and tried to do whatever I could to relieve myself from that dream. You can download my breakbeat remix here. Mind you, it's not complete, and I'm thinking of doing a hardcore version. Also, I've been trying to produce some hardcore music myself, and I'm working on a nameless song which you can hear a sample here. EDIT: I've updated my Dire, Dire Docks remix. Now added some pianos and strings. Enjoy (I hope).

I love the one of Dire Dire Rocks! It's almost like the one in Super Mario 64 except in a different format. I like it, it's has sort of a faster tempo and stronger sound frequencies. The other one was just as similar as Dire Dire Rocks, except it didn't sound so familiar. I hope to see more music from you and Yoshi_84.

I have no idea how my untitled track resembled my terrible remix of Dire, Dire Docks . Oh, and by the way, I updated my remix again. Just a few minor changes. I have yet to add a proper intro and outro to it, though.

You got some pretty good stuff goin' on here. Were these your first two mixes ever created? If so, they're really good for just starting out! If you want, I can give you some tips on how to spice up your tracks.

If you want, I can give you some tips on how to spice up your tracks. They aren't mixes. Dire was a remix, and that second track just has some original riff I made up, so it's an original track from me. As for tips, I hope you know much about hardcore music (happycore and breakbeat hardcore, that is). EDIT: Holy creamy goodness, I'm now a Junior Yoshi! Hoo hah!

I have no idea how my untitled track resembled my terrible remix of Dire, Dire Docks . Probably because they fall into the same genre, which is electronica.

Sorry if this offends you, but I'll have you know there is a modify button for your own posts. You can do that and just edit the same post as many times as you like instead of triple posting or more.

Yeah, I know there is one, along with "quote" and "delete" buttons. I was just being lazy and didn't want to put two quotes in one post. The other way was just quicker and I definitely didn't do it to increase my post count. I find doing that to be very immature and very pointless. (Note: I made a post commenting on having the highest post count, but it was just a joke. I was in a silly mood.)

I'm siding with Teh Yoshi on this one, I really think you put way too many posts pertaining the same subject. Instead of creating a bunch of posts, try creating a long one with all your thoughts about this topic. Or was it that everytime you wrote something down, you forgot to include one thing and didn't feel like modifying it differently?

Besides, I don't think you need to quote every bit of my post, especially in a different post each. I think you're articulate enough for me to understand whatever you're talking about .

What happens is as I'm writing a post, someone else is also writing one. The person submits his/hers before mine and after I submit mine and am redirected to the thread, I see the person's new post and reply to that one. I don't go in and edit my last post. I feel things need to be lightened up here. I'm not going to apologize for this cause I feel I haven't done anything wrong and we're all equals here...or so I think. This is just how I am. I like to analyze many different points in a person's post. That's just me. I've been around forums for quite awhile and this is how I do things and people seem fine about it...up until now.
