I hope you like  .  I think this is my best piece of Yoshi art yet, if I say so myself. What inspired me to draw this was because of that left-handed thread. Don't ask  . If I'm not mistaken, the top left should mean "Soul" in Kanji. I got the writing from a giant handwritten Kanji font pack I got more than year back (I swear, that pack has everything Kanji!  ). And if it doesn't mean soul, then it looks pretty nonetheless XD. |

Teh...your cute drawing style amazes me. ;D It was such a nice idea to draw a Japanese stlylic Soul piccy...and I see you used your old skool Yoshis Island lineart again. Just wonderful! But now go to bed! Its d*mn late! You worked enough for today...go and get your sleep...you`ll need it to draw some more wonderful piccies.. Great work Teh! As usual... ;D |

Oh, that's so awesome! Hehe, quite a quinky-dink. I've been writing in Japanese a lot lately. I really like that shading and that awesome background. The front-view of Yoshi is pretty hard for me to pull off. You did an excellent job of it! ;D You've been quite prolific lately!  |

I'm not to sure about your kanji there, it was never my strongest point. ^^;; Still looks very groovy in there though - Oriental!
For Boshi - If you are the Boshi that I remember from like... 3 years ago, then Holy Moses dude, how are you? Bet you'll never guess who this is. TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! !

I happen to have a friend (the same friend who offered me a trip to Taiwan > Japan > China) who is also part Japanese (eighth), and he can read the Kanji, surprisingly. The top left actually means spirit, even though I wanted to mean soul. I think it's close enough . On the paper, he said it meant soul, but I found out elsewhere that it means life force or life energy. Spiffy choice of words, yes? Oh, and tanky tanky for all the comments, guys! ;D I feel quite good right now. |

Well, kamisama doesn't really mean god, it means a being with supernatural powers, something similar to god, but not quite it. The Japanese don't believe in a "god" so they probably don't have a word for it.
