Holy Bejeezes, that is one huge file. ^^;;
Here's a tip for you, concerning Image Resizing. I'm not sure of what program that you are using for scanning in your images, but if you have PSP (Paint Shop Pro) try hitting Ctrl + S, and your resizing option will show. Fiddling around with this will make your images smaller, and more web friendly.
If you are a PhotoShop dude, all you have to do is go Image >> Image Size, and do the same in there.

im NOT photo shop friendly (photo shop hates me after i made that hot chocolate picture) and i didnt do any of that picture on photo shop = P

I think I know what your using!! Is it an HP scaner? If it is, there's a way to resize the image. I have the same thing.

Any scanner lets you resize scanned images, its nothing to do with imageshack.
After you take a preview scan or something, there should be an option to adjust the image size.
If you can't find it in there then you can resize it in Photoshop or PSP. My screen resolution is set to 1280x1024, and it still makes me scroll. Reucing the size will make it easier on those that have dial-up...
