Indeed, it does last for a very short moment. But unless you recorded it on tape and then paused it for reference, then you must have photographic memory, because I can't copy entire drawings by looking at them for just 1 second. Do you have photographic memory? Nuh-uh! It's the exact same angle: Copying drawings is an excellent way to learn. Just be sure to note it's a copied drawing, because if you don't, either the author of the original image will feel like you're claiming credit for his work, or the people who have seen the original will know where you got it from right away. But I do encourage you to copy other drawings! (That's one of the ways through which I learned, many years ago). Just be SURE not to hurt the original author's feelings by not mentioning he/she made the original. (I mean, DO mention him/her). People, do not be afraid of tracing. It is an excellent way of learning how to draw. Just don't claim them as yours (mention the original author) and all will be fine.

Copied, ie referenced yes. Traced, I didn't quite go that far though it would have been a lot easier if I could. I'm no artist and I don't claim it. I see I got the 2nd (his left) leg completely wrong from the pic, lol. I figured he should have been bending his knee. If there's something i don't like about the CG models, its that they aren't very flexible. Seeing a fairly good still picture I see I missed quite a bit out. The only still picture I did have was used for scaleing. Twisting and adjusting the outline so that it seemed to match up up the big blur. Photographic memory? No chance lol. Rewind more like. Wish I had a good enough pause to get a nice freeze frame too, it'd make it alot easier instead of all that rewinding.. Have to admit, I'm not much for drawing. Making and editing VG videos is my forte. Heck, its what I'm paid to do for a living. Not much talent involved, but that's appropriate, lol. Given my drawing abilities compared to everyone else here, I am still immensly proud of how those pics came out, copied or not. ^_^ Oh yeah, and Nintendo mp3's. I have over 900 so if anyone is after any specific tracks, it doesn't hurt to just ask me. There's a fair chance I might have it.

Tip for tracing images from TV: With a permanent marker, trace the outline of the character over the TV screen. Now put a blank sheet of paper over that and start tracing (use tape to hold it in place). When you're done, wipe the lines off the TV screen using soapy water, or alcohol if necessary.
