I really like this pic, just one little piece of constuctive critisem. If she's in the rain, wouldn't her hair be all down in her face?

I'm lazy when it comes to that stuff. I suppose her hair is drooping a little. Maybe someone died, or she found out something unpleasant, or she prolly just began thinking hard about some things in the past that made her start hurting. It happens to me sometimes.
