It happens! It mens she was'nt the rigt girl for you! She did'nt deserve you if she broke for no reasons! I broke with my girlfriend a week ago because she was in love with another guy. You'll find someone else someday!

If she just doesn't talk to you for whatever reason, just take one second to ask her WHY. For all we know, she may have just gone through a big event, or something could've made her sad. If she doesn't talk to you period... That's just rude.

Girls and boys are just as bad as one another, thanking you kindly. I wouldn't go throwing one into a category like that.
And, like said, you are only 13. You've got your whole life a head of you, for crying out loud, I was still tackling boys and girls into the ground at that age. Waaay to early to be talking relationships.
But, if you love her, which I don't think you have really told us yet, I suggest that you confront her, instead of crying about it.
Taking action is the only way to get somewhere, as harsh as it seems.
If she's not going to talk to you, after you've taken action, well maybe, she just isn't ready. Or maybe she's just not interested anymore. People change as they get older, and it can come as a shock. Especially if you've known them for years on end.
