About time I bothered to make myself a character. Or two <_>

Feel free to use This guy (Moot) or this other guy (British) in case you have some bizarre desire to throw either of them into a picture.

Don't ask me what they're colours and junk are because basically I can't remember them I'll probably edit that in at a later date, if I remember.

Decided to update my description a little... Hope no one minds.

-Is short.
-16 years of age.
-Has the beginnings of one of those nifty oriental-dragon whisker/mustaches.(A pair of white stubs on his nose'll do.)
-His snout is a little longish, and somewhat thick, with those dragony wrinkles up on it.
-May wear clothing or not, I'm not particular. (If the clothing is there, it's usually a white or grey shirt, and black slacks.)
-Oversized wings.
-Very long tail.
-No flame on tail(I've made some changes to Gar since I got those pictures, this is one of them.)
-RECTANGULAR glasses, I demand them!!! LEVEL UP ! !
-Green scales with white underbelly/undertail/wing membranes.
-No real physical condition, not muscular, not thin, not flabby, not fat, just...yeah.
-He's more likely to smile than to sneer.
-His tail is more resembling that of a European('Western') dragon, and does not come to a flair at the end, it doesn't even have ridges or spikes.
-The spikes on his head tend to slash forward or backwards, depending on their position, very much like an anime-style haircut.(Sometimes he has an anime-style haircut, instead of headspikes.) His horns are crooked, shaped somewhat like lightning bolts, and if you forget the three(3) little stubby spikes along his jaw, shame on you!
- He wears a dark green wristband on his left wrist, and a spikey bracelet on his right.
- He doesn't just stand on two feet, he's also been known to take a more feral-ish four-legged stance at times, taking off his clothes in the process. He never takes off his glasses, though. He also seems to grow a little when this happens.

Back-round info: Not much is known about Psy. All that is known about him is that he lost his memory. His one and only memory is of a man in a hooded cloak. He woke up in Dry Dry Desert Ruins where he found the rare book "The spell book of light". He tends to get headaches when around places the remind him of his past, but he does not get any memories back. He tends to read a lot of books in his spare time. He doesn't know a lot of magic, but he is learning. He will eat anything that you put is front of him that looks, smells, and tastes good to him (Witch is mostly every thing). Unlike other Yoshies, he has a vary slow metabolism, so thats why his round (fat ). He's pretty good at singing, dancing, and playing a flute. The reason for his yellow eyes is because he made a blood pact/ binding with a white dragon with yellow eyes.

1. Basic Features-
-Scales: Green. Somewhere in a Darker State.
- Underbelly Scales: White. No Ridges. Goes from Neck to Tail.
- Eyes: Light Green
- Spikes & Horns: White
- Hair: Light Green
- Capable of Flight?: Yes

2. Hairstyle
The hairstyle is mainly messy, spiky, & long (As long, up to his waist). The hairstyle also shares a similarities to Sonic the Hedgehog, but not too similar. At the top of the hair, it looks like a spike ripped through a spike of hair. Also, they’re two large bangs of hair sticking out, could be drooping if you like.

3. Horns
These are a little odd, but OK. They always point northeast, not curving up. The odd thing is the shape. When the start from the head, they’ll bend, only the top, just making the horns seem smaller. And the lower part, in the same range of the bended area, it’ll curve into the head. They can seem flat or rounded, you decide.

4. Spikes
There are a total of 3 spikes on the head. Here’s each spikes location:
(1.) On the top of the head. Seems like it ripped out of the hair, not too long.
(2.) You don’t really have to worry about this one. It’s in the back of the head, but hardly visible.
(3.) The longest one. This one is right below the 2nd one (You have to image that you see the 2nd one).

5. Clothes
Well, I have many clothes you can use, but I’ll tell you 2 of my favorites.
(1.) Normal Street Clothes – Black Jacket w/ White T-Shirt, Brown Belt w/ Gold Buckle, Black Jeans, Black Spiked Cuffs, and a Sapphire Pendant.
(2.) Dark Clothing – Dark Gray Jean Vest w/ Spiked straps at the shoulders(The vest sleeves are ripped), Light Gray T-Shirt, Black Spiked Cuffs, Black Spiked Collar, Black Jeans w/ one pants leg ripped halfway, one Spike Brace on the exposed ankle.

6. Powers
(1.) Wind – This wind is visible. You can make it visible by showing a vivid color of Green showing.
(2.) Fire – This Fire is Green and White, unlike normal fire.

7. Weapons
(1.) Dragon Sword – A Sword w/ a Green handle w/ Blue at the top and bottom & a long silver blade.
(2.) Shuriken
(The Shuriken will be rarely used.)
