Yeah. What's your oppinion on European unity? I think it would be great for a lot of reasons. Mainly because it would create a 2nd world superpower, which means we would be more independant from America and stuff.
Although some of my friends don't like the idea because they say it will allow the British economy to be inflicted on other European states, and the price of things would go all weird.

Actually...
To be honest, I couldn't really care less whether or not the whole of Europe gets into the EU or not. The EU comes up with an insane amount of stupid laws that get inflicted on the rest of the country (I'm in England, you see).

You've got mod, hang on, no, ADMIN privilages on my board to put your rants up, yet you still plague everyone else with political earstuffs that no-one really cares much about...
I know that the UK has an idiot leading it's government... but politics doesn't really intrest many people...
It interests me to a certain degree but i'm, sadly, not everyone...
Staying on the subject though,
Everything should stay as it is now. that way, because the dollar is worth more than the pound, i can use half as much money to buy stuff from america.
and it's well cool because I want a super famicom...

It might be true that virtually nobody here gives a freak about politics and such, but you can't exactly shut the guy up for saying what he wants. It's not offending anybody or its intent wasn't to harm anyone. If anything, you don't HAVE to reply to it. You can just simply ignore it, and let himself be seen as we want. Don't let such things as this bother you if there's no exact need to be involved or it doesn't exactly concern you.

You know what I think? I think that you have a right to post what you want, as long as it doesn't go against a rule. Now, I don't know if politics is the best subject on a yoshi/nintendo forum, so I wouldn't expect many replys. The only thing is, is that if people start posting nothing but politics (which I don't think will happen, everyone here pretty much lives somewhere else, or is younger) there might have to be a rule not to talk about it so much, because of the theme of the borad. Now I know that this is Yoshi Cafe, where one can talk about what they may please, but I wouldn't expect alot of replys to politics. My opinion on this is, if you have something to say about the subject, post, if you don't, don't. The thread will just make it to the back if no one replys to it.
