Yeah, my prescence should be more obvious here from here on out...
So yeah, we all love pointy, sharp things. Especially when they glow. I know I do. Anywho, I recently completed a picture with glowy crystals and Pawy. I wrote up a more detailed explanation of the picture at dA, so here it is:
Holy SHNIKES this is cool. I like the way you make the pic extra super shiny. And yes the background is scrumtrulescent. Awesome job, cant wait to see mo'. ^^

Eee, shiny objects. I really like the way the lighting came out in this one, Pawy. Talk about fun to look at Double-scoop ice cream And the angle wins forever.
I really can't find anything wrong with the picture at the moment, so good job there as well.

So is it alright Pawy, for someone to fall deeply in love with your art; especially this piece in general?
Crikey Girl, (Oh wait, that word is dead now, literally)
Seriously though; when it comes to your skills of art in and of itself, you never fail in letting the viewer come into what you bring out. This canvas right here, you had definetly been working on for awhile; especially with your tests of the likes in which you outlined the back in your sketch lines. It showed what dream you were going for, and in those days; even that was utterly amazing. When it comes to your style of art, there is not one soul that could come to conquer your patience and diligence that you put within these pieces. The time and hard work shows like none other, especially in the solid background which swirls around your character. Not only does it add atmosphere, but it helps to bring out that sense of reality in who and what your heart is. As well, the pose that you had chosen for Pawy has given a birth weight to the rest of the frame, setting it around herself and helping construct the mood that she was going for. That flick of the tail in water also adds a bit of relaxation to the overall view, thus giving room for any to sit and stare for an hour at end. You also utilized the balance of "curved" edges, which throughout the eyes of many, gives that sense of being at peace; for they don't show any end, and they help to maintain that round feel to everything that exist. Especially within the soul of Pawy herself, the diffrent forms which make her who she is also give aid to let us know that while a two dimensional frame of art, she has depth and perception. As well, the small circular balls of light that seem to be falling or rising leave an after taste in the mouth; something that so many people fail at doing. Yet, it makes you wonder at what you were proposing by the effort, for this is so much and explains more than any words could come to adress.
The first thing so many seem attracted to as they open this picture is you, or Pawy as herself; for she is the main fixture and balance which helps illustrate your cause. Farther on, the eyes begin to move to more objects; such as the background which does more than make this amazing. Then they flow to the water, and they might stand there for who knows how long, gazing over every line and curve. From a distance, the blue waves seem crisp and clear, as your tail remains translucent within the wash. Yet, as the vision gets closer, the water itself begins to keep the same "aura" but change styles. What is meant by this, is within the texture that you have implanted into that section. While you painted this with a digital tool, the water itself seems as if you single handedly picked up a brush and stroked each portion in. This gives everyone a sense of feel, something to help them continue onward as they deeply intwine with what you have built. Those crystals rising from the water are more than just utterly outstanding, they finish up the title of which you had mentioned such pieces as. The light radiating from them gives this whole area a cheery feel, letting happiness soar inside and both out. This is only amplified by the soft warmed moon within the corner, which you did a most excellent job at representing. That small circular marker of "faded" color coming out from it little by little shows an interesting idea of yourself. It helps let us see a source of ever lasing existance, and also gives the viewer a "neon-esque" feel. As mentioned before, those circular spots that seem like colored rain gives off your imagination of which you deliever. This calms the soul down, and they also are interacted with every part of the painting. Due to this, they are like a beam to the wall; holding up the structure without any worries or regrets.
Now, focusing on Pawy herself; there are many moves that you have made in this newest edition to your collection. Her body seems smooth and more than just slick, like that of what would be expected. Then, as you slowly move to the fur on her chest, it stands out better than any other. Merely because it is as if you showed each strand, that small fluff coming from it's insert point. This gives us another example of three-dimensioal source of thought. The diffrent shading on her body lets it look round, sitting in the moonlight of that abandoned tide. Such as the light which seems to be running down her back and to the tip of the tail. This is more than what any word could define, but you really made it look long and strong both by gesture and by your means. Pawy, by far this is the greatest piece that you have ever brought out; and it shows that you're growing day by day. Never give up buddy, and always keep that engine going.
And an appreciative thanks to the people who commented. I feel all happy to recive ten pages of text from people (nine from one person, even!). It's nice to see appreciation of shininess around as well, so yay.
