Hmmm... Kind of hard to grasp the angle on your head, especially how the spikes on the top of your head kind of conflicts with the bulging nose on the side. It looks like your character is a cyclops, I'm afraid.

*shrug* Whatever.... even if that's was a hard critic. I'm pretty much used to it. But hey, I understand that your just giving out your thoughts. So I don't mind. But thanks for posting.
Anyway, my style it more a dinosaur/realistic. And humanoid look.
The angle of the head is only on a flat angle. Like you see one half of the head.
EDIT IT!!! (I said it wrong >.< Sorry.)

If the nose came out more to the side instead of the front, it would look more like he was facing in one direction, like Teh said.
Otherwise, the proportions are excellent. I like how has that star right on the front of his jacket, and the wings are very details with all those feathers.
Hmm, the back wing comes up farther than the front wing, and also shows up farther down than the front wing. It makes them look kind of uneven in size.
