It's beautiful. I love the shading. It gives the picture a moonlight effect.

I like the glowy effect, too, haha. The angle for Plebanshiren is also really nice, and you can see a lot of Yoshi's Island in the background. The detail on that background is superb.
Some of the shading in the picture is fuzzy, while other parts are clear in that same area (like on your hat). You might want to pick one and stick with it, unless you're trying for a certain kind of effect.

Everything's good here, but I DO have critique *bricked*. I know, I can't draw but I still give critique...
It would be interesting if Pleb had a slightly larger hat. But that's just me, THAT'S JUST ME!
