 DA Version: www.deviantart.com/deviation/41826228/This picture is for both Midnight Yoshi and Twilight Yoshi, two different character for two different people with the same yoshi colors, character personalities, but different periods at night. Now if there were only a Dawn Yoshi, the collection would be complete *bricked* Sorry to the both of you, first of all, being late (especially for Midnight, considering by now I miust be a month or so late). So, what is there to say about this one? First of all, for some reason, exporting this picture seemed to horrifyingly make it darker. Beh, I'm not too happy about this one, to be certian, but I was already late. I'm very well aware that both the characters are disprotionate and that it's way too dark, (and my shading has reached another knotch toward terrible) so please don't critique me on that. But, I would like to ask what else I managed to screw up in this. I can't exactly place my finger on, but I'm severly messing something up with the lineart, and I'm sure of that. So if anybody has a clue about what I seem to be messing up, I'd like to hear what it is I've messed up, if it's not too much trouble. ...so yeah, that's all I have to say. It looks good dark, I think. The way the sky changes color is awesome, and the trees and the moon in the background really add to it well.
As a matter of fact, I like the way you blended all the colors, haha. I like Twi's scythe in that picture.
Their cheeks look flattened, and you can't really see their feet. Also, Midnight's mouth looks somewhat odd, and her back wing is bigger than her front.
But otherwise, it's pretty good.

Hee. So cuuute- I love the style, and the oh-so-pretty background :3 Little bodies on big heads is the key to cuteness.
No crituque except that Twi looks as if his eyes might make him lose his balance TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! ! Ha, no, it's not that bad. Just that their a little bigger than Midnight's is all.
Love the shading~ keep up the nice work ^^

Oyé, reminds me that I still have a bunch of birthday presents to make. D;
Anyway, I really like this, yes I do~ They look like lil' Yoshi kids, haha. It doesn't show up so dark to me, since my monitor is so bright. X)
I think the lineart looks fine, for the most part. I'm not sure what you mean by it looking "messed up," but it does look a bit jagged on some parts. And I wouldn't think the sky would have a sunset-ish tint to it, since the moon is high and shining. Nice work at remembering to cast a shadow, though. The sky looks really lovely, as well. And the trees give it an eerie feel, which is cool. A perfect picture for the upcoming Halloween-ness! Sweet work, I'm sure they'll love it. :D
That's probably because they're, well, hidden by the high grass. =P

And I wouldn't think the sky would have a sunset-ish tint to it, since the moon is high and shining. Maybe because it's a combination of Twilight and Midnight~ Or maybe I'm just stoopid TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! ! I'm honestly not sure. |

Actually, the moon can come out at any time. I'm sure we've all seen the moon in broad daylight before, haven't we?
But if you want Critique that bad Leoshi, here it is. You were supposed to make scarier, evil characters and they came out SO FLIPPIN' ADORABLE!! Twi looks like a six year old trick or treating, amd midnight looks just so perfect with her eyes and hair and... wow.
No critique, except that you made them too cute!
