Hmm, seeing as you redid the shading several times, there's no question you worked hard on it. Bah, I find it hard to pay enough attention to do seven layers, haha.
The clock looks excellent, except for the spacing of the numbers. And the way your shoulder goes makes the beginning of your arm look flat. Maybe... next time draw more of a bump on your shoulder? I always loved your backgrounds. The glowy stuff at least made up for it this time, though. The new shading style fits the picture well. I suggest you try it again sometime. The proportions are perfect as far as I can tell, so great work on that, too. You also fixed the nostrils~

I want your babies.
Maybe it's just something about me'n shiny crystals and nice bright neon colors, but I never get tired of 'em. Double-scoop ice cream I'm particularily fond of the face on this once, with each picture you create it becomes more and more defined. I don't know quite how to describe it as I'm not the artiest nor articulate person there is -- your character design, all things considered (shading, proportions, expressions, outlining) are looking increasingly professional. Double-scoop ice cream

... Pretty colors... I swear, your color choice is not only just phenominal, but the way you add the light and shading to them just makes them so... so... WOWY! Pawy looks like some sort of... oh I can't put my finger on it, but some sort of cat in this picture... a very colorful cat, and it's just... just... just....... breathtaking... I have no critique, and frankly, the shoulders DO look good to me

Once again, like always there Pawmeister; you never fail in bringing out the best of styles with what you do. From top to bottom, you capture what a character should look like; leaving no spaces, and cleaning up every gap. You continue to progress, like nothing before; and no one could ever take you down. The way you expand, is that beyond any earthly measures. The others can only surely gawk and stare, hoping to someday achieve the same magnitude that you withold. It's so spectacular in how you bring all your viewers to some kneeling position. Each of them, looking right into the folds of your canvas; raptured beneath the blaring light of your figures. Their minds searching through each corner, each little part; in some bustled maze, two by two. No one can free themselves from the bond that your images establish. They find themselves locked in it's eternal stare, blocked beneath each binding shade and dimple. How you do it, is beyond what words can come to form. At times, it can only leave but questions; pure forms of the conscience, wondering as to how you can build with such ease. Never leaving out anything, and always pushing the ball right into the hole. Heck, you could take on any task, and push it down with ease; never giving up or stepping off. Now that, that is what it takes to be an artist, and that is what you are.
Starting off with your character, this is one of the greatest that you ever put together. A lot of which is pieced inside of the shades that you placed about her flesh. It's that which really brings out so much, especially in the form and speckle. Whats amazing is how you take a Two-Dimensional Picture and make it look Three-Dimensional by merely adding certain colors in new and varied spots. At times, that would have to be confusing, yet you always seem to get it down without any woes or worries. Beyond that, the way you draw "Yoshies", is one of the most creative around. You keep the form of their face, making sure to control the roots of the creature. Then, when it comes to the body; you open up a new door. Jarring it aside, as to let the freedom flow. The way the anatomy seem to sway and curve is that of a relaxing stance. The use of your curved lines is creative, and also helps to give the viewer a sense of lust. Which comes out even more in the deeply refined fur on your chest. Now that, that is one of the highlights in your character. In this piece especially it shows. One thing that also can't be forgotten, but sounds akward, is the way you put together the "Behind" or the "Hips". They seem to come right out at the viewer, and then form into the tail. Something about them is very beautiful, and very touching. The tail itself, is also an adaptable portion; as you run it out into the "blankness" of the frame, giving a lot of originality.
For the background; well now, this is what you would call going all out. You used to feel as if you could never win at getting down some type of shape in the back of a picture. Yet, you prove yourself wrong by bringing out such beauties. When taking a look at the land, it shows that you were able to show movement. You can tell that the ground seems to be lumped, as Pawy is held higher on her own account. Sitting on a diffrent part, but this also seems easily seen. The cyrstals as well, are like suns themselves. So bright and beautiful, tools you would never wish to take your eyes off of. And last, but far from least come the stars; those white specks. A lovely choice of color to blend into the final version. It lets you keep a transparent back drop, but add a piece of spice to the whole outcome. Now that, that is creativity.
Pawmeister, keep up this work; and never, ever, ever give in to anything. Unlike others, you always get better with what you do; it shows with how you draw. Your pictures gain color, they gain skill, they gain shading and form. That's growth, and you are growing like a root in the ground; popping above, in the spray of dew. You are a shining star, and you shine like none other.
