Woah, giant image size. Didjya ever try resizing/cropping scans so they don't break the template? ^^;; Either way, it looks pretty nice, the sword is kinda curvy, but that's fine since it seems to be a katana and those actually do curve. The only problem I see is the hands, the fingers look really thin, but hands are a serious PITA anyway.
I like the way you did the glasses, and the foot perspective is well-done too.

It looks pretty nice, I like your style. The overall composition and the coloring is well done. Like Garral said the fingers are thin and I think the arms are too long. It is very tempting to lengthen a body part to make a pose work, but next time try another method instead, like try to move the sword closer and bend the arms more.
