Artist Info needed

hi um I have this pic form some time ago but I lost the artist info so I was hoping someone would remember this pic. I just want to give whoever it is credit for making such a nice pic for me.

Hmmm... I can't remember who did that, but they did a pretty good job with whatever they had to work with (okay, fat lot of good I am!)
