My other Yoshi character--Princess Domino Tribal--doesn't have any "-osh" or "Yo-" or "-shi" or anything in her name.
Treyba and Fantasy Guy--Trey Dishman and Sean Nolan--have their names linked to their species, however.

Born and raised a yoshi.
His mother was a blue yoshi, his dad a black one. They were both mysteriously killed when DBY was 2.
Is a very tall yoshi, about 6'8"
Has a pokemon, it's a very powerful Haunter.
Haunter is his Pokemon, because like Haunter, he has psychic powers, but rarely uses them outside of a fight.
Is very athletic and is extremely good at racing and sports games.
Lives with Yink on Yoshi's Island. ^^

This yoshi is a very odd type of yoshi as it's made out of gold and it lays gold eggs. It can jump very high and fly anyway,anyhow and anytime. It loves fruit and hates fly guys.
