Minimize all the programs you have open so it just shows the desktop.
Press "Print Screen" (somewhere on the top right of your keyboard, if you use Windows)
Open Paint, then press CTRL+V to paste in the image, then save it. (NOT as a .bmp)
Upload it to the image host of your choice, like photobucket or imageshack.
