Things generally do look brand new when you first take them out of the bag This wasn't from an auction or anything, I bought it from a Toy Shop in Japan (in Fukuokanishi I think). So it looks brand new and authentic because it is

Ha, How much was it. I've just payed £78 for one, and asked the seller specifically to break her own rules and send it internationally.
I'm skint this christmas, all because of my addiction to Yoshi!

tut tut tut, the Ebay ones are a complete rip-off The Yoshi itself cost me only £32. With international express shipping it came to a total cost of only £54. You got ripped off badly man. Go to the source.

Go to the source. Oh well. I didn't know there was a source, and emailing Nintendo UK doesn't get me anywhere (No reply), and oddly enough, I get a reply from nintendo America, but they refer me to UK again anyway, so oh well. I'm not totally bothered. If I got it at your price anyway, it'd mean the rest would only go on something ridiculously stupid. *I've always wanted a megaphone*.

I didn't know there was a source either.
I looked on ebay, saw they wouldn't ship to the UK, did a google search and bam. Found a nice shop in Japan selling them for $65 willing to ship worldwide.

Why didn't I think of that? Oh well, I'll add the megaphone to my 'want list'.
Fair play for seeing it. I was being cheeky and emailed them about shipping over here, and they said yes straight away, strangely enough...

Hmm, I have the smaller version of that one next to my comp. As well as the littler one with the magnets, next to my monitor, which is probably a bad idea

I have a smaller version, too. It was extremely hard to find!!!! I was so excited when I saw it in the store. It was hidden somewhat and all you could see was Yoshi's head. The person working at the store said they go by quick. I haven't seen another one for quite awhile. That's great you found a yoshi like that online Bry. Must be cool to say you got it directly from Japan, too.

I guess I'm going to die too I am so happy to see that other people also have their own huge Yoshi plush!! This is an incredibly adorable plush because it's large enough to be hugged. I got mine in June of this year, and it also made me go broke for a few weeks (sorry, I could not resist not posting a picture of it!): I got it on eBay in June, when they were going for the cheapest (I have been monitoring Yoshi toy auctions for years), and it costed $60 ($59.99 to be exact) plus $9 for shipping. (I put the sculpey Yoshi I made previously in the picture to prove that it is MY Yoshi plush). Not having enough money is no excuse for not getting one. You can always work, just like I did. It's really how much you want it that counts. I recommend this plush to everyone.
