Nicknames and why

What is your nickname and why? I have two nicknames. Some people call me Frodo because I have a bunch of curly hair, and others call me Tom the Bomb because they think I'm s'cool m'man! Anyway, I just thought it would be a fun topic.

Some people call me Pok'eboy because I'm obsessed with Pok'emon and others call me Chris cause my real name is Christopher.

Online, a few people call me Tek Stickles or just Stickles becaus they have sick minds, or Tekkie because it sounds more cute than Tek.

In real life, people call me Dan the Man because Daniel is my real name, and I really am the man. >=D Or Daniel-San, because The Karate Kid is a good movie. And, sometimes, I'm called Tek because Rachelle's family knows me more as Tek than Dan XD;;

well, my cousin was talking to me on starcraft, and tryed to type steve (doh! you didnt hear that!) but some-how typed stensin. so, my nickname is now Stence, or Stensin. i like red, or yoshi better though. red.yoshi also works well.

My online friends have a tendency to sometimes call me strife, my real life friends just call me by my normal name. I'm not a man of many names, Though sometimes I am called Mestophilian.

Other people outside this forum calls me 'Yohawk' cause I logged in as Yohawk in a certain forum for over 2 years. In here, they call me Markto Dragon.

I gave myself these two nicknames because they're my pride and heart when it comes to characteristics of my yoshi characters.

Online, i sometimes get called Tosh...i dunno why, but as for my real nickname, it be Ollie, for my real name is Oliver (OMG...my name is sad!)

ur... my nivkname around my family is lee *i am a girl though* i'm sure it won't hurt for you to know my first name only so its leah.. so shortening it more would make it lee. or my friends call me sakura and on forums my names either sakura or arukasbackwards

Hmm, same here, heh. I'm a 'Lee' too. In real life, I'd 'Like' to be called Pink, as in the psycho weirdo bloke in 'Pink Floyd's The Wall - The Movie'. I never appear to be a happy chappy, still, people either call me Lee, or Wardy, but I've been called much worse.

Nevertheless, I'm PinkFloydYoshi because they're two of my most favourite things in the world. Pink Floyd has always been good right from the start. Yoshi, Again, Great right from the start. Mixing them together worked out.

Hmm... My nickname, Dragon Paw, came about because of one day, I was deciding on an internet name. I liked dragons so I threw in 'Dragon' and I liked cats so I threw in a part of a cat, their paws. Thus, Dragon Paw was born.

i like nicknames...mainly because i *coughHATEcough* my real name . <br>most people i know just call me lolo (low-low! some one pronounced it like lou-lou...i still dun understand that one...)

Lolo... I remember that was an old NES puzzle game back in the day where you control this little round blue guy who can sometimes turn things into eggs and kick them away. But you only had a limited amount of egg-shooters depending on what the level gave you. You had to open the treasure chest to open the door to the next stage while not getting killed by rolling dinosaurs, medusas, and other stuff, all for trying to save a little round pink girl captured by the big badguy.

Ahh, the crazy yet perfectly acceptible game concepts back in the day ^_^

Tori~ well it means bird in japanese. (cardcaptors is where it b from even tho he's gay......) i am part of a 'pack'. only me an' sakura right now so some ppl call me wolf and i'm the summer wolf of the wind..(i made that up) hence username. (oh and we b wolves^^. btw im not the leader here;;. nor is saa-chan we havent found him/her... and no i dont like saa-chan --;; 7th grade sucked w/ that... now it's me and sheboo-kun.. grr oh well....)

I don't have nicknames... people designate me as some variation of Lilien.. Lil, Lily, and sometimes (don't know why o_0) Slil. People are freaks. What I really want to be called is Gamma, Queen of the Night Sky and Cannibalism. Is that really too much to ask?
