w00t! I only need 5 more shines until 120!  The rest of the shines are from blue coins. I know i need 8 more at Corona Mountain, 2 more at Noki Bay, 1 at Sirena Beach, and i currently have 5 at hand. Does anyone know of any blue coins that AREN'T obvious? To my knowledge, i need 45 more blue coins!  |

Hoo, boy. Mopping up the blue coins...
The ones in Corona Mountain are the ones around the final island. Those just require a lot of patient mudboat maneuvering.
Noki Bay will be tough, as there are hardly any that are obvious to begin with... There's a cave somewhere near the waterfall that has a block of ice in it... there are many secret sprayables that contain coins... and there's one little cave that you have to fall into from above.
Sirena beach... hm... well, there are a couple of Shine designs in the sand, but I think the single most obscure blue coin comes from taking a fruit to the blender.

Darn...i hate the boat  Noki Bay gets on my nerves because of all the secret ruins and having to keep on climbing. wow i would've never figured that out! Thanks! Now only 34 more to figure out:-/ |

Yay! ;D I just got my 116th sprite! I did your blender thing and got four coins from Noki Bay. I couldn't find that ice block, though. Now for Corona Mtn....hoo, this is gonna take a while |

Ha! The easiest thing in this world!  No, just kidding, of course it was difficult to pass this game part...oh and I really love the Bowser fight and the credits at the end...one of my favorite Mario game credits ever! ;D |

anjil, i my be able to help. with the ones in corona, get LOTS of lives (keep doing episode 6 of pianta villige. every adult you save will give you a 1-up after the time the give you a blue coin)
now get to the island sorrounded by the coins. dont touch the rocket nozzle, just hover out and ground pound into the coin, youll die, but its worth it.
oh, and the ice cube, go to the waterfall, jump off and hover to the alcove. the cubes there i think it only works on certain chapters and you need mad skillz to pull it off. good luck, Anjil!

Yeah, I had 119 sprites. My last one I think was in Pianta village, but there's only one secret there! And I can't get, forget getting, finding the last one!

The Big Band live version is a lot harder to find. And its better imo. Ripped that myself from the original cd.

The CD? No, its titled Mario & Zelda Big Band Live CD  As it sounds, its a combination of a Big Band plus a traditional orchestra performing new arrangements from Mario and Zelda games. The first track is even a solo guitar perfomance of the Super Mario Bros. theme by none other than Shigeru Miyamoto. |

There are... was it 30? I think 30 blue coins per normal level. Corona mountain has 10, and I think there are 20 in Delfino Plaza.
You can use your Z button map to check how many you've gotten in each area, so you can at least find out WHERE your last coin is.
After that, maybe we can help think of the most obscure hiding places.
