You post. A lot. 1000+ posts nets you a "god yoshi" rating. Just make sure they're not pointless, and, have a purpose.
Questions about the boards, or, how the boards work is really personal message material. Send a personal message to and admin, a moderator, or someone with a lot of posts. That person will usually be able to answer your questIONs.
Once you've read this, I'd recommend deleting your post right away. Things like this can unleach a certain ...reaction... from people. I call it "Overblaze."

yes, a moderator should come quick before an admin sees. there have been many posts like this one.
