Hey all, I got a nice game we can all play. Well, it's not much of a game, but let's say it's a hidden treasure of your favorites. All you gotta do is go to www.ocremix.org and pick out your favorite soundtrack of it (oc means overclocked, not based on original game track, they made it in their different version of the soundings)! Once you picked your favorite, state the name of the video game, and state the name of the soundtrack, describe why you like that soundtrack so much as a reason, and tell your tale what the song makes you doing? Plain and simple? Ok, here we go!

Game: Yoshi's Island - Super Mario World 2

Stage Track: Crystal Cave Level

Correct soundtrack name: CrystallineCavern

Reason: The reason I like this track is because the original track in crystal cavern music inspires me the most.

Cause: It makes me feel like I'm mining some crystals down in the mine, or being an adventurous person, like a Yoshi, walking and walking from the level of the very-very-long cave. I proceed and find what I'm looking. This is what makes me feel that way.

Game: Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

Stage Track: Hyrule Castle (Light World)

Reason: I just love how this remix was made, and it captures the essence of the moment I'd say, only more dramtic, which is grand, I love the high orchestral feel it has too at many places.

Cause: I start singing... I never sing. As the beat goes on and gets louder, I start yelling along with it (in my car mind you...) It makes me feel like I'm in danger at a few places, then I valantly try to fend off assailants, where victory is gained at the end of the remix.

Game: Mario and Luigi, Super Star Saga

Stage Track: Teehee Valley

Correct soundtrack name: Teehee Valley (it may be somthing else, im not sure.)

Reason: I love this sould track since its long, and inspires me to do somthing which requires courage. Its quilities are sad and hopeful at the same time.

Cause: I wish the world sounded like this = P.

Game: Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past

Stage Track: Light World and Dark World main areas

Correct Soundtrack name: The Darkness and the Light - www.ocremix.org/detailmix.php?mixid=OCR01185

Reason: Because it's nice and slow... one I can listen to and just chill... and it's from one of my favorite games XD

Cause: It makes me want to... chill? XD I can just sit here and listen and forget all the crap in life, and just relax a bit...

Game = Raiden. (Be talkin' old school)

Stage Track = 1

Track Name = Gallantry, "Nobility of spirit"

Vreason = Rejuvinating, and, it puts me in the mood for getting something accomplished.

Cause = The ochestra in the beginning is amazing, keeping me stable through the minute of "techno" stuff before the song proper. The song proper has an epic feel to it, like marching toward victory.

Game: Super Metroid

Stage track: pretty much all the game

Reason: this is an incredible rock/metal-ish remix of just about all of the music in Super Metroid. Its also 22MB :P

Cause: The entire track is a masterpiece. Out of all the remixers I know of, virt is one that is consistently awesome, and this track is no different.

Game: yoshi's island.

Stage Track: Ending.

Correct Name: Yoshi's lullaby.

Reason: The first time I heard this, I felt like I was flying.

Cause: This song just seems to tell a story. How the story finally comes to a peaceful ending.

I've been to ocremix a year back. There are lots of nice tracks.

Game: Shining in the Darkness

Stage Track: In the Labyrinth

Reason: This is really cool, as soon as the guitar kicked in, it made me wanna jump up and play some air guitar!

Cause: It seems like a song you would hear in your final battle, while you are winning and bravely defeating the opposition! At the guitar solo, it sounds very heroic!

Game: Castlevania - Circle of the Moon

Stage Track: "Rude Awakening"

Correct Name: Known only as "Awake" -- The main song upon entering the bulk of Dracula's Castle.

Reason: I don't know, this is just a very good, kind of upbeat song. I have a GameBoy Advance GSF of the Original Song if anyone wants it. Anyways, this is like, a Guitar Remix of that song. Pretty Powerful sounding.

Cause: Just powerful and sweet sonding.

Game: F-Zero

Track: Mute City BGM

Correct st name: Mute Radiology

Reason / Cause: Hmm, don't know really... simple like the song's execution - "better than the original"... and, I really like the style, it has got some "retro feeling" in it. Plus, I'm a "F-Zero fanatic", did I noticed it before? :-] (F-Zero Climax rulez!)

Game: Donkey Kong Country 1

Track: Fear Factory

Reason: A quite ol' techno-ocremix which is still one of my biggest favourites with a deeply harmonic and powerful melody. The original soundtrack in that game is the best in front of blue vison (the lake). There are some cool factory effects in the background which I really like to.

Cause: In the beginning i could listen on that song in real-time loopin' again n again.....and the song still keeping today. It is most suitable to listen when the darkness is fallin' n diskos if I compare with the other remixes. Yeah for bLiNd! >=] .
