It says 254x212 to me. If it were 254x112, it would look more as if one dimension was double the size of the other. It is clearly breaking the sig rules.

I don't know how, i don't have any photo software not even paint. and its 254-by-112. My browser, and Photoshop CS2 thinks otherwise. People in lower resolutions have to scroll down the page further than neccasary with it there, plus having an image that's too big in your sig is against board rules, so please remove or modify it to meet the required guidelines, before someone else does.

In essence, you can always remove the signature to a level where you can merely put a link if you wish. Then if wanted, you could place a smaller signature in there as well. This way you won't go over the limits and you won't have to get it changed with a warning. So don't feel you can't keep everything in there; just try to remove it so it makes it easier for those with slower modems as Pink said. There are some who have a diffrent speed, it takes longer to load certain things for them. A larger size signature may not pose a hinderance to them in a horrible standard, yet it still adds to the probelm of loading the pictures on the page. Making it easier for them is a step so they can have a clearer look at things when they arrive. Keeping away from hassles should be taken when the chance can be handled.
As for the area on the subject of becoming a mod if a position is removed, you need to mingle with the board before aquiring such things. If you want that area, you must prove that you will take part in the actions on the board in participation. Of course though, theres a lot one must take when doing such things. But you never know, maybe later in time that chance may come. However, until that moment arises spend time on the board and see who you can get to know. You'll find many enjoyable personalities here and those that would love more than ever to talk to you. There are things you can do from chats to the occasional tourney. Enjoy your stay, and you may never know what can possibly come to you in the future.

I used photobucket to resize it. as for the mod position, aslong as i have access to the headers and footers I can code your site, VIA HTML code. and thank you again for the welcomes.
