Like- Yoshi of course ^^. I love Bowser because he's turning into a big goof, but he still has game on the battlefield.
Has ANYBODY said Mario yet?! I mean come on, the guy coined just about every character in the series and you give him no credit, plus, he's not such a bad character, he's like the only one who remained sane over all these years, him and Yoshi.
Luigi is pretty cool, Nintendo turned him into a total paranoid coward, but that only made him one of the funniest in the series.
Dry Bones all the way! It's the next best thing to a living koopa if you ask me! Plus, he can do that cool thing where he spins his head 360 degrees! =D
Dislike- Waluigi... What the hell? Why did you have to go and do that, just to combat Luigi? He's just pointless in my eyes.
I'll think of more soon.

Yoshi - No explanation needed.
Birdo - I dunno. I've always liked Birdo for some reason. Probably because it's an alternative to Mario in Double Dash, as well as being in relasionship with Yoshi, or so Nintendo wishes.
Spyro - Rox0r. Face it, dragon's rock.
The average covenant elite - Not cute as above, but nothing beats the crap out of players so much. Master cheif is just boring now.

Sonic - The games couldn't've gotten any simpler other than get from start to finish in the quickest time possible.

Luigi:Funny character, especially in Mario & Luigi 2
Koops:Kind of matches my personality at times: shy.
Sonic:I grew up with Sonic games. Also very cool.
Tails: Very smart character, and cool moves(same reason as YW.)
Shadow: Really cool character. Not just because he uses a gun.
Knuckles: Easy to fool, also funny.
Blaze: Another new, cool Sonic Character.
Pipsy: My best character in DKR.
Timber: Another good DKR racer.
Spyro: Has a cool, funny personality.
Hunter: Cool character, but slightly dumb.
Bowser: He's cool at times...
Black Doom: To tell you the truth, I don't know why...
Red: He's a tough & cool bad Dragon(But VU screwed hiim up later in Shadow Legacy.)
Megaman: No reason, he's cool.
Protoman: Like his personality & theme whistle.
Bass: Shows that he'll neve give up on defeating Megaman without Wily's help.
Dislikes
Bowser Jr.: His crying in Mario Kart DD is really annoying
Petey: He's just sick...
Daisy: Like you said, her voice is annoying.
Wario: I don't think I need a reason...
Waluigi: He's messed up.
Hammer Bros.: Only in SMB3.
Flurrie: She doesn't look right man...
Amy Rose: She's annoying...

Likes: Xiahou Dun from Dynasty Warriors! Man!! that guy has the coolest eyepatch ever! and his sword is pimp too! Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur! that guy can kick anyone XD. Vivi from FF9, JUST BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNEW WHAT THE HECK HE WAS XD! i always wanted to pull that hat off! but i was afraid his face might burn off from such a long period of being in no sunlight, i dont think he can handle it XD. Cyan from FF6, man, what a trooper XD.
dislikes: Peach, i want to strangle her XD. Tails from Sonic too! HE ALWAYS POINTS OUT THE OBVIOUS!!! its like! "oh no! if we die! then...then...then we wont be living anymore!"
Setsuka from Soul Calibur 3! i cant stand her arrogance! and she wastes her life away being an idiot! (sorry Angela XD i know you like using her but you cant deny it XD) Lulu from FF10...i mean....she had a freakin child with Wakka!! it just sickens me!

Okay, well since everybody's making larger lists than Id expected, I think I might just do the same, hehe: Love:- Yoshi: I really don't need to explain why, this place beng what it is.
- Kirby: I've always really loved Kirby, ever since the very first game I played (which was also his first, period.) I think what I liked most as the game progressed was the irony of his character -- he's a cute little pink ball, but underneath that lies masterful skills, weapon techniques, and supernatural powers far beyond what his appearance belies.
- Mario: I mean, come on. While it's true that he's been taking an extensively long break from significant world-saving in his usual means, he's still the classic, the original for most of us, hehe. He's just a cool guy -- super-optimistic, rediculously huge jumper, and I mean, he can shoot fireballs from his hands -- that's just cool.
- Samus: A significant female role in a game who isn't the dress-wearing pampered princess who is captured as per usual. No, rather she blows things up -- a lot. What I like over other more recent feminine roles is the fact that she wasn't created based on sex appeal and "Coolness" -- while it's true she's always skimpy at the end if you do awesomely, her model is still a full-body suit, not two handguns, sunglasses, and tight shorts and a skimpy top-peice.
- Bub and Bob: Eeee, these guys are just the cutest characters EVARZ.
- Ness: For all the reasons I mentioned before. Like, nine-year-old kid beating the essence of all evil in the face with a baseball bat.
- Rocky: From Pocky and Rocky, he's a little Raccoon-guy who was the very first steps of making me who I became now. ^^ His cuteness only falls minorly short of Bub and Bob's.
- Tails: Has anyone noticed the trend of insane cuteness on my list?
- Lester the Unlikely: This kid is probably the most realistic hero I've ever seen in a video game. He is probably exactly how I would act, if I was in the situations he was thrown into. 90% of you too, probably.
Hate:- Birdo: Sorry PFY, but Birdo is an abomonation unto the world. TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! ! Not only is she/he/it fairly hideous to the point of not wanting to look at it, but they also managed to give Birdo the worst series of voices imaginable, even Toad's recent grainy voice-acting is better than Birdo's moans of the agony that each second of living must bring. Nintendo seems to have pitted Birdo with Yoshi in their new games as a similar counterpart, which also displeases me -- Yoshi has better taste! Like how VGCats put it: "Birdo looks like she belongs on the streets of Bangkok." Nintendo gets bonus points for managing to keep Mario Kart DS Birdo-free.
- Donkey Kong: Oh, thank god, Nintendo, for removing Donkey Kong as a playable character in the Mario Party series, at least. Now just continue onto the Mario Kart series and you'll do the world a favor. Honestly, in Mario Kart DS he has the most annoying voice EVER. He makes the most retarded sound IMAGINABLE when he passes you, I just want to take an axe to his face. Diddy is better than him in all respects beyond the fact that he can't slap the ground like a retard.
- Dry Bones: There's a significant diference between a living Koopa Troopa, which is so huggably cute that if I was in Mario's case throughout his adventures, I'd just capture them in little boxes and take them home with me instead of stomping on them -- as I was saying a significant difference between that, and the reanimated remains of one through some variety of dark magic. Why couldn't they just give us a live one, did it want too much money?
- Daisy and Waluigi: These two, above all, just seem more or less like cheap double-characters for the multiplayer games than anything, and in Waluigi's case, named pretty clunkilly -- I know that Waluigi has a meaning beyond just sounding like Wario is to Mario, but still, it's a really rediculous name. Daisy has the most high-pitched annoying voice ever, and it's prevalent on Mario Kart games when she passes you. Her head also looks like she suffered from fetal alcohol syndrome.
- Sephiroth: Okay, the guy's great, okay? Friggin' awesome, best-character-of-all-time blah-blah-blah. SHUT UP NOW. Master Cheif too.
- Pokey: This kid is such a dick. You know your child has problems when he's appealing to the essence of all evil for power, just to be better than your neighbor's kid.
More to come as I think of them, no doubt. |

Likes: Obviously Yoshi (duh... who never saw that one coming?) i mean come on, who doesnt like Yoshi!? (people with no taste, thats who) I do like Luigi too along with a few other characters such as Link, Fox, Falco, Kratos, Zelos, Soma from Castlevania (god his outfit is sexy XD) and i always laugh at the silly antics of Wario and Waluigi... especially in Mario Golf, they crack me up all the time! XD
Dislikes: Well, i suppose i dislike Daisy, god her voice is so annoying in MKDS, and i dont like Diddy Kong either, gah, i wanna shoot his head right off his shoulders... and... uuuh... i dont know anyone else that i hate right now LEVEL UP ! !
