I've done many dumb things, this is one of the more recent.
While setting up the home computer network, I started daydreaming, (cant remeber what it was about) somehow the phone cord in my hand ended up in my mouth and I got a nasty shock, made worse by the metal dental retainer I had in at the time.

nop, nothing happehd with my glasses but it was very difficult to found them >.o
I remember that I was playing soccer, I was the goalkepper (if this is the name, it's different here) then, someone kicked the ball to the goal, but I stopped the ball with my leg, then it hitted my leg and flew away, hitting THAT private part of my friend >.o
that hurted a lot (on him...)

I've walked into our glass sliding door a couplea times... Once it caused me to spill cranberry juice all over the carpet.

I was once testing my Chinese listening and typing skills when my friend allowed me to talk to his girlfriend in Taiwan. He'd say something in Chinese, and I'd type it and adjust the characters accordingly to the correct meaning. Well, in Chinese, many characters share the same sounds, and well, instead of typing up something like "I wish to speak with you" came out to be something like "I wish to have phone sex with you."
Needless to say...

Not really, but try this:
I once took a nap in the afternoon after a tiring day of school, and I happened to wake up at 6:30 PM. Thinking it was 6:30 AM (And what really fooled me was the color of the sky. It was exactly the same way as if the sun was about to rise, but this time it was just about to set), which is the time I normally get up for getting ready to go to school, I start heading downstairs to take a shower, but stopped dead short when noticing my dad in his business suit. I knew this was odd because he's usually not ready by this time, and, well, he told me he came back from work XD. My mind felt a bit wobbly after hearing that, but felt greatly relieved that I had more time to do whatever for the day XD.

lol One day, when I was still in high school, I came home and took a nap as usual (I had slept very little the last few nights). But when I woke up, it was 9:00 pm. So I just said "aww fk it" and went back to sleep again. And I didn't wake up till the next day. That was the longest time I've been asleep in my entire life. If you don't count the brief minute I was awake at 9 pm, I slept 15-16 hours straight!!!  god... My brother takes "monster naps" (or "time travel" naps) very frequently, which are usually about 4-5 hours long. When he wakes up after one I like to tell him that he slept an entire day, to confuse him xD Edit: You know what TehYoshi, I think the same thing happened to me once... xD |

One time, I broke a vase in by accident. Wow, alert my family for my punishment... NOT! Somehow I put them back together perfectly. Until my mom hasn't notice the cracks. Until then, when we were cleaning, she moved the vase, and somehow, it collapsed. She questioned herself, "How did that happen?"

wow where did all these posts come from? well anyway it was not too long ago and my stepmom made me some tea, of course i wasnt listening when she said "let it cool down first before you drink it" so, half asleep i took a big swig of the tea right away. and my tasebuds were burnt useless for 2 days |

I went to open a door, and it wouldnt open...it seemed locked and i thought i was trapped inside the building! Then i looked at the door, and it read "pull"...so i pulled it open instead!  |

XD no worries... I do that all the time! *Scratches chin* I've done so many stupid thins I can't even count... Lets see... This one time, I stuck a paperclip in a light socket to see what would happen... That was pretty dumb... Another time I was walking with one of my friends, and I didn't see the recylce bin and I tripped face first over it on the side walk... (broke my glasses XD) A diffrent time I was at my brother's birthday party and he wanted me to get something from across the table... but I reached over the cake, lost balence and fell into it... Theres a lot more... I could probly go one for hours but I'll stop now XD |

I think misreading your audiance counts and dumb, correct?
I was doing a power-point presentation in bio class for a project. We were supposed to think of ways to halt and reverse the huge deer population. I chose hunting.
The opener was my favorite part of the whole thing, it was a timed slide playing an imported flash file. It moved this large picture of a deer onto the screen, giving me time to say "Aw, isn't that cuuuuute?"
Paused for 1 second, then a targeting reticle appeared on it's head with a .wav file playing "Punch them through!" Followed by a gunshot and a large hole in the head.
Wasn't done, though. Waited 5 seconds for it to sink in then played another .wav of "Rapid Fire!" With 4 more gunshots and holes. Still not done, waited 3 seconds with yet another .wav of "Don't stop 'till it's over!" With 8 more gunshots and an explosion taking me into the first "real" slide.
The problem was the class voted on which method was the best, and the winner would get extra credit. While the teacher and most of the guys were laughing, every girl in the class looked like they wanted to kill me. One jumped out of her chair. Needless to say, I didn't win, despite having very valid arguments.

yeah i ran into a glass sliding door once. another dumb thing i did was that i was pluging my gamecube into my grand ma's car and wouldn't turn on, and it took me thirty minuts to get the figure out that it wasn't pluged in all the way
