Ah yes, I saw a trailer in school for it.
THEY'VE GOT META KNIGHT!! HE'S PLAYABLE!! This is going to be one AMAZING system. Xbox 360 is GOING DOWN. They released too early, when ps3 gets their new system out, it will be the latest. NOT TO MENTION WHEEE!!...I mean, WII!
PS: Twilight princess looks awesome, and I'm playing with Wario when I get brawl!

Yes, I was totally hoping for MetaKnight and Wario, for sure. I didn't expect Pit although had a small hope for him in there, too. <333
Who knows what will lie in secret! So much is potentially available!
I wouldn't be bothered if Sonicand Tails were in there. More ass to kick! Well and Tails is sexy >.> <.< The more characters, the better, particularily if it will have online play.
I wonder how you target with the uber-moves?

Geez, what a great surprise! I was hoping to see this for a long time. Of course, I was a little dissapointed not seeing Yoshi in there, but I'm sure I'll see him soon enough. I must aquire a Wii, if anything, then for this very game!

I wonder how you target with the uber-moves? Mario's doesn't even look like it needs targetting. Probably work like picking up an item: Grab the power up, become all firey or whatever, then press the button to do your thing, whatever it is, and who is hit depends on the range of the other characters. |

I saw the trailer at a school computer, then I saw on a threater wide tv, because they show'd it on G4. It looked awesome... I could try to use better words, but I'm not feeling like using originality.

It's a shame that it isn't a launch title, but I can wait for it. I'm glad that they are taking their time. I want to see just how great they can make it... though I'm sure I'm going to get beat up a lot. haha

Well, 'm glad it's not a release title. According to Masahiro Sakurai, the director of this game, it's release date is sometime in 2007 -- and while it may seem far off, it's also super-promising. According to some information on his site, ( www.smashbros.com/en/main.html), Nintendo built and fully funded a new office, as well as hired and put together an entire team who's sole purpose was the creation of Super Smash Brothers: Brawl.. He says they're still very far off form done and apparently, the graphics and moves in that video are still far belowwhat the final product will be like. with that in mind, I'm sure many, many characters, twists, gameplay styles, and things beyond our knowledge lie in the future. |

I've heard a lot of speculation on Mach Rider, though, I just can't see him making it in...
You know who I really wanna see? (And no one here knows who this guy is.) Simea(The main character), from Crystalis, he was just plain awesome. Perhaps some OLDER Final Fantasy characters, like Locke, or Cecil, or maybe even Fighter would be neat to see, I mean, Square's selling out lately *coughkingdomheartscoughadventchildrencoughmillionsofff7spinoffscough*, so I don't see why they wouldn't beg for their NES FF characters to make an appearance.
...And don't even speculate on anything past FF6 making it in, you all know how silly that is. They weren't on the NES or SNES.

Well, who knows. They are all friendly with Square-Enix again, as well, Nobuo Uematsu did the theme song on the video and will probably do a lot more in the actual game. I still have doubts that any Final Fantasy characters would mke it in, but who knows. Why Konami is co-producing parts of this game is also beyond me, so I guess anything is possible, but not all within reason.
They said that "all the music will be fully orchestrated with Latin Lyrics" like the intro theme. At this rate, this game will be super-epic in it's presentation, which Iwill love.
