 Yes, English's special trait is that it was horribly designed and it sucks. Just like the imperial system, which has no logcial background. |

I wish America was all for the metric system -_-. Everthing just makes so much sense. It's sad how even I am not too used to the metric system, but I can already see its sensible logic behind it, whereas the imperial system is like - well, it's like ENGLISH!! Aaaargh!

 Yes... like Inches and pounds... An inch was devised in english by the measure of the middle joint of the index finger to the end of it... a Very crude, primitve measureing tool used hundreds of years ago... and in today's day and age, people still use it? I wish people would see the logic in the metric system... It's so simple... everything is divisible by factors of 10. 100 centimetres in a metre... 1000 Metres in a Kilometre... Water Freezes at 0 and Boils at 100. Although yet, Kelvins are the best temperature measure. It, to me, makes no sense why temperature can "Be negative" (I.E. -12*C) The bottommost number should be 0 ... Nothing, no temperature... which is 0*K, absolute Zero... Kelvins makes so much more sense to us. I'm sure one day, the whole world will adapt Kelvins and Metric system. |

Graedius, I was thinking it was kinda funny, at the start, when I could join in with it too, but I am getting a little annoyed and slightly offended now that you are constantly bashing the only language that I'm able to speak fluently and well. Now, I'm not one to get that very often either, I have a pretty high tolerance level for such things...but it is starting to aggravate me now, that you say that English sucks and that it has no advantages. I mean, please! Could you make me feel any worse? I know its your opinion, and I respect that, you know...but could you just ease up on the bashing, please? It would make me feel a whole lot better. >_n*
Eh, I don't know why I'm even typing this, it'll probably go over everybodies heads except mine...-_-*

yes please stop the bashing of the english language.....its getting too severe, english is really all i know how to speak, and i love it, but there is freedom of speech so i cant make you think it is good. i shouldnt scold you just because your stating your opinion. but even if i did, i wouldnt really be doing anything wrong,
