Well things about schools that can have adventurous.
Maybe something similar to the fan fiction: Super Mario High School Days.
Mario and Luigi are new students in a place called Nintendo High and meet friends like Fox, Yoshi, and Peach and enemies like Bowser and Wario. Alot of stuff happens, Festival Diasters, Principal getting captured by Andross, Pokemon appearance, Ghosts, and other stuff.

EDIT: I almost forgot in case you don't know what and oboe is it looks sort of like a clarinet with a thin reed coming out from the top with some oddly shaped keys.
