but you still need lots of permission from nintendo to use their charaters, even if you modified the yoshis.

if nintendo finds the game without it giving credit to them, lets just say your screwed. but whats the chace of nintnedo searching your house? slim to none.

ya, that's fine. It would then be classified as a Fan-Game and those are perfectly legal
