yeha you are normal,but buy hybrid charicteritecs i mean without clothes,hair,wings,weapons,ect.

They're not nominations as you probably understand them.
The list is based on tallies that have been submitted. If a fith place nominee overtakes the fourth place nominee, then that fifth nominee would overtake the fourth on the list.
