it was from some anonymous megaman website,if what I did was bad, I'll look for better sprites that have a name on it.

steamed boat: I leik earth bound,deal with it. thought this guy isn't an official monster,it's an inanimate object and always lets out steam for 3 turns before casting blizzra,fira,or lazra

Lazra is the second level spell for a spell I created called LAZER(meh,sorry for the caps but thats what I few like doing spells as weeeeeeeee!)
