I scratched my head.
"It looks complicated. I've never heard of Chao scribbles before. I wonder if that writing system went out of style... Probably did, or else I would have known about it by now."

<Maybe it'll still work, I have no idea.> Champ informed the rest. <I don't like old magic...> He looked back at the book, opened his mouth, and sang.
The words were luminous and almost tanglible. A light surrounded Champ, and when it was gone, another Chao stood there, glowing with a white brilliance. It grinned at Champ. He looked over at where John lay. The other Chao followed his gaze, and its eyes resting on John's motionless body. Champ nodded at the Chao. It went over and poked John's nose. It glowed a little where the Chao touched him.

I watched in awe of this Chao that mysteriously came from nowhere. Champ obviously did something...
"Holy cow... what just happened?!"

I woke up and took out some noodles, chicken borth, and dumplings and put into a pot. I took it over to a chemical table and used the burner to cook it.
"So what happen while I was sleeping?"

Lava: I'll just have some orange juice. Lava took out a big thermos and drank some orange juice. Domino: Wait, what is the Finding Nate script anyway? Is it a plot seer or something? Meanwhile with Ansem... Ansem: WHERE ARE YOU, DARK NATE?!! King Boo: This heat's getting to him.

I took out some small bowls and chopsticks.
"I hope you came eat with chopsticks."
I handed Enrique a bowl and started gulping down on my own.

I started eating the noodles. They were difficult to eat with chopsticks, but I managed to eat my soup as well.

<Sometimes I wish I needed to eat...> Champ watched Enrique gulp down his soup. <That Chao you saw was supposed to heal John... that's why I didn't know if it would work if he was dead... It healed all his cuts and poisoning and everything, so we have a perfectly healed dead body, I guess. Unless the Healer could have brought him back to life.>
