Luigi: Hey look at this! It's a pinting of Link!
And so it was. The four jumped in and entered a SM64 thing that looked like Hyrule. Ness realized that he could flutter jump, Dr. Mario saw that he could wall kick, Luigi already knew that he could flail in the air to reduce falling speed, and Ansem was disappointed that he gave up speed for power.
Ansem: I mean, I appreciate the ability to bust bricks, but I'm sluggish!
Luigi: Hey look! Power Flowers!
There was a garden of Power Flowers near a doorway blocked by ice cubes. Ness plucked one and his hand started shooting fire. He ran into the ice cubes and melted them.
Ness: OWIES. But that was convenient.
Dr. Mario plucks one and he inflates so he could reach a switch up high that brought the floor down.
Dr. Mario: My skin still feels loose.
Luigi sees the Boo painting ahead. He plucks one and becomes invisible. He goes through the painting and hits a switch t remove it.
Luigi: Ah, I still remember that.
Ansem plucked one and became all metal so he could go into the toxic-air tunnel and hit a switch to remove the toxic air.
Ansem: Now THAT I like!
They all proceed to a big hole and jump in.

"Alrighty, then..." Amy sat on a rock, waiting for someone named "Link" to appear. She had no idea what was going on, except that the group who had left seemed to know something about this "Link"...

The boy, seeing as dark link did nothing at all, went up to one of the other creatures, watching how they were shapped at a distance. He was suprised to see one holding a hammer that looked twice her size. He noticed some other strange figures, but in the end, he decided that there wasn't anything to do. Dark Link was just watching everyone get away, the hammer girl was just sitting there, and everyone else was just hanging out. He muttered to himself, "I hope link comes back. It might not be my only important fight, but it's the first time I've been bored before a great evil.
The boy did not want to reveal his capabilities in fear of having a weak point found. On that note, he studied himself. His magic defence was insane, he could parry and counter-attack any non-magical blade hand to hand with lightning speed, and he could cover ranged attacks with his secondary power. He felt invincible. The only way to beat him was to magically tackle his secondary power through his amazing defences.
Did he have a weak point?

Amy looked around. That boy was still there, at least. She decided since this was a party, there oughta be talking. She glanced at the "Shadow Link", who didn't seem threatening at the moment.
"Hey there, I'm Amy." She waved at the boy. "Umm... nice day, isn't it?"

Ness, Dr. Mario, Luigi, and Ansem landed on a big arena floating on the sea. Before they could make a move, four wispy female spirits with torches wandered over to them.
Green Spirit: Greetings. I'm Amy.
Purple Spirit: And I'm Meg.
Red Spirit: Call me Joelle.
Blue Spirit: I'm Beth...
Spirits: We are the Poe Sisters!!
Amy: You came for Link, you say?
Meg: Well, we have his room's key!
Joelle: But you can't have it! So HA!
Beth: You want it...You must stop us...
So the four fight the Poe Sisters as the SM64 Boss music plays. They broke out into a major brawl of trading punches and torchburns.
Ness: Luigi! Use your secret weapon!
Luigi: Huh? Oh, right! Here we go!
Luigi whips out his Poltergust and sucks up the Poe Sisters and jams them in a bottle.
Dr. Mario: We have to get the key, you know.
Meg: OK, we give! Here's the key!
Meg tosses the key out of the bottle and it gets sealed by Ansem. The four got the key and left the painting.
Ansem: So where to now?
Ness: Hyrule Temple, I guess.
The three PK Teleported to Hyrule Temple to unlock Link's room.

Shadow Link laughed as the hammer went right through him. "Moron...I am not a solid person, I am mearly, a shadow. Your attacks have no effect on me." He grinned. "Although, mine have effect on YOU!" He flew twords Amy and took a swing at her.

"LOOKOUT!!" The boy made a move to dive in front of the hammer girl, but as the boy blocked, his robes made Dark Link circle around him instead and hit its intended target. "You want a fight?" The boy said, reaching for behind his robes, pulling out one of his weapons of choice, a red longsword. "Let's see how you do against spells and magical weaponry!" The blade did a swish across the Dark Link, doing nothing...
"Silly me," The blade now spewed a small layer of smoke, and as the next shot was swung, the blade directed itself to its target, who was just far away enough to avoid the entire blade, which tore through a piece of clothing. "HA!!" I hope he doesn't figure out I can only do that four times evey four minutes,

"Gah, now look what you've done." His arm went back into place. "See? I can just put myself back together. Watch this." His head went back to his neck. He started laughing. "Not gonna be so easy is it?"

"Ah? A spirit? Undead types, this calls for backup." He put his sword back in a sheath on his back and took out his long, purple staff. "CRUMBLE UNDEAD!!" The boy yelled and a white cloud burst into the heart of dark link. "YESS! Direct hit!" The cloud exploded, causing Dark link pieces to go flying and four clouds to form, each cloud capturing in an individual body part. "How do you like that?" Crumble undead was a spell only to be used on the undead, using it against anything else just made a futile attempt. Just in case though, the boy checked his mind for spells. If that thing makes it out, a good old ice burst should to it. If he gets past that, I can resort to other spells. I am far from retreating... He probably couldn't defeat Dark Link entirely, but at least enough to stall the other party.

Bogmire: he's a ghost right,i should be able to attack

Shadow Link exploded into quite a few pieces. Immediately his arms and legs started to come back together. He was glaring. "How dare you do that! When I get back together, I'm going to kill you."

The boy sent another crumble undead spell, again hitting a flying torso which burst into tiny pieces again, but the clouds didn't capture all the parts, which seemed to sink out of the clouds. He was amused by this, "I'm getting REAL good at these!" The boy started chuckling, it was mostly his staff that gave him magic power, but his robes were an aid too, and he was pretty experienced to do it bare-handed. "Keep coming together, this is excellent practice," the boy laughed in Dark Link's coming-back-together face. "It's not called CRUMBLE UNDEAD for nothing!" Upon saying that, another shot was accidentaly launched, hitting Bogmire, "Hey watch out! That spell comes after all ghosts, zombies, spirits, shades, and anything dead and undead. I've had the regret of casting that on a corpse once..." the dead corpse had shattered into pieces and gotten contained by the clouds, an odd memory.

OOC: The spell LOOKS for darkness...
Bogmire decided to hide in the shadows while I watched the little cloud treck towards the poor ghost, following him as he retreated. I couldn't call it back now, the power was unleashed. "Run! That thing moves till it hits!" Cunningly, Bogmire went through a wall, but still kept on going, the spell following him through. The boy stopped for a bit, paying no more attention to the Dark Link. "You know, this is the most excitement I've had all day, I should try that more often."

"Woah!" Amy got sent sprawling by Shadow Link's attack. Then, the boy and the pink-ish ghost started fighting him, revealing that Shadow Link was a kind of spirit. Amy couldn't hurt him with her hammer... the boy's spells seemed to have an effect on him, though. She just stayed out of the way this time.

Luigi went to unlock the door to Link's changing room. Link leapt out SM64DS style.
Link: What happened? First Shadow Link locks me up and--
Ness: Look, let's just go take it to Shadow Link.
Link: OK, but you oughta know that--
The Doc threw a flurry of Megavitamins, but they went through his bits.
Link: ...He's immune to physical moves.
Ness: The boy and Bogmire seem able to hit him. I'll try PK Flash!
Ness sent a big PK Flash onto a big cluster of Shadow Link's bits.

OOC: I thought this RP was about fighting each other at the start, now it's all against Darky.
The boy had had enough of casting Crumble Undead, he only had so many runes, and he had wasted five good attack runes in addition to the rest he needed for his spells. "Got enough yet? I'm getting bored again Dark Link."
