The koopa revealed himself, and suprisingly, helped by making my tail grow a bony end. Urgh... come on... reach dangit... I slowly let myself slide from the tree, relying on planting claws in the ground to avoid getting sucked by the vortex. Where is the source of that thing coming from... I looked at the ground, there was the box... and the vortex drawing everything into it. I shot a fire ball down low, but it swirled up into the vortex and was consumed. We can't stop this thing...yet. My main problem is getting Enrique and Yoshee out... I inched closer, the vortex starting to pull on me, but my claws remaining firm... soon, I was definetaly in range of Enrique, and it was up to him... "Come on Enrique, now or never, use your tongue or something!!"

She frowned at this answer. "Fine, you die then....." She picked him up and threw him out the open door, plumiting to the bottom. "He doesn't deserve to live anyway....." She then looked twords Erick, who still wasn't awake. "Man, this is boring....." She then began to think about what the ninja said. "I regret nothing anymore...... and my friends can defeat any thing thrown at them........ and note to self, stop talking to self......"

As I was struggling to fight the power of the vortex, I followed Teo's plea; I lashed my tongue out and let it wrap around Teo's tail. This allowed me to let go of Teo's tail with my hands and grab onto Yoshee and Champ with my hands better. The power of the vortex was still very strong; I still wasn't not sure how Teo will get us back to safety...

I woke up, still with the pain from that slash in that stomach, then I saw moshi talking to herself, then I remember something from that ninja "John!"I cried...

...Now what? Kyrel stared at his wand; what could he do now besides a high-level teleport? the vortex was making his wand glow eerily- it might not work as well as he would want it to.
"Aw well. Hold on tight, Yoshis!" He told the two Yoshis and the freakish green thing one of them was holding on to. He held up his wand, and it engulfed them all in green light.
"What the..." I clutched Enrique's arm harder, so as not to get pulled to my doom. Champ held on to both of us, and the Magikoopa told us to hold on. "Wait... what?" I hardly had time to ask before I found myself... upside-down in a treebranch about thirty feet away from where we had been. Branches scratched at my nose and eyes. "Ow!" Champ was entangled somewhere just below me. <Hey... I'm not exactly comfortable in this position...>
Kyrel was still on Teo, but more inside his mouth than on his head.
"Holy glittering pixies, that didn't work." He growled. They were out of the vortex's reach, but not out of danger.
"Yoshi, whatever you do- don't chew!" He warned Teo.

"Woah..." I looked around, we were teleported from the vortex and everyone was in a different spot. Yoshee and Champ up in a tree, Enrique on the ground, me too, but where was the koopa? "Whatever you do, don't chew..." my stomach seemed to say. That's the first time my stomach talks to me... I soon realized that it was the koopa in my mouth. I promptly lowered my head and released him. "Sorry bout that... that was a very neat spell..."

"Not really... my stupid wand is acting up. That's why I suggested we learn to use something besides wands last meeting..." Kyrel complained, rolling out of Teo's mouth.
He looked about himself, then turned to face the shapeshifting Yoshi. "Like I said; that's a one-timer! You've spoiled my plan this time, but I'll still... get you or something!" He screeched.
...Where'd my broomstick go, now? He had lost his transportation method, but the ninjas were retreating. He needed to leave and get a new broomstick somewhere; his wand wasn't working well enough to summon his old one.
I managed to release one of my feet from the branches, and Champ had gone invisible and was now located above me. <I'm an escape artist.> He grinned at me when I gave him my "weirdo" look. "Okay then, Houdini, help me get out!" I told him. Champ rolled his eyes and started biting at the thorns around my other foot.
Kyrel sighed as he came to a decision. "Fine, I've had a temporary change of heart. But if you guys get killed, it's not my fault. I need to leave here anyways; the local Yoshis must hate me by now." He decided. He liked adventuring better anyways, and he had heard that Yoshis were good traveling companions. Of course, they were for Mario... this would be a different team, he supposed.

Before it was long, I had suddenly found myself lying on the ground. I had no idea what was going on; must be that Teo had found a way to escape the vertex's strength. I got back on my feet; I felt a bit dizzy due to a surprise landing. Teo was on the ground coughing up a koopa shell, and Yoshee and Champ were caught in the branches of the tree next to where I landed. I continued to feel disoriented for about 10 minutes; in the meantime, I had sat down against the tree for some rest. "At least we won't have to worry about that vortex anymore..."

"Ah well... I suppose your 'stupid wand' saved us in the end." I was a yoshi again, and we were safe from the akward vortex. "Wait, you said you suggested to use something other than wands at a meeting? There's other ways to perform magic than bare-handed or with wands?" I turned to the koopa a bit curiously. "And...I don't think I ever got your name... I'm Teo, and you?"

"There are quite a number of different ways, all including some sort of magical object or another." Kyrel explained to Teo. "But I'm trying to find a theological explanation that says how we can use ourselves for magic. It'd save the hassle of Wand-Matching, wand-making, carrying around all this gear..." He went on.
"But even if I found a way that works, I'm not sure I'd give up that valuable information to Yoshis like you."
He paused for a moment, contemplating the Yoshi's other question.
"Let's just say that my power is strengthened by my name being kept secret." He smiled a familiar, secretive smile. "You can call me Kyrel for the time being, however."
Champ bit through the last thorn, and the mass of branches untangled itself all at once, depositing me none too softly onto the ground near Enrique.
"Yes, we made it!" I cheered, then rubbed a scratch on my ankle.
"Hey, where'd Moshi and Erick go, by the way?" I wondered aloud. Champ dropped smoothly onto my shoulder.

"Alright, Kyrel it is!" I said to the koopa, now known as Kyrel. Just then, I heard a 'thump' on the ground behind me. I turned and saw none other than Yoshee and Champ. I then felt guilty I had not tried to help them get out. Well, at least they were out... no thanks to me... "Hey, where'd Moshi and Erick go, by the way?" Yoshee said to no-one in particular. I turned to reply, "You know... that's a good question..." I turned to face the vortex again, "...Where DID they go?"

As the time went by, I started to regain the balance in my conciousness; I started losing my dizziness. I noticed that a magikoopa had appeared with the group of me, Teo, Yoshee, and Champ; however, I didn't pay much attention to it, as I was still trying to recover from the sudden landing of Teo into a tree. However, I did hear that Moshi and Erick were missing, and Yoshee and Teo were questioning their current location. I responded. "I have no idea where they could be..." I already had a hard enough time trying to think at that moment.

Ansem: Uh-oh!  Um, Heartless troops! Hold your ground! Il Piantissimo: Uh, right! We'll try and disarm that thing somehow! Fantasy Guy: Leave the cowardly ninjas to moi! With that, Ansem went to find a way to disarm the vortex box, whilst staying completely stuck to the ground, and Il Piantissimo went after the ninjas with FG on his shoulder.

"Hrmmmmmmmmmm," Moshi thought for a while. "Maybe it was revenge, but not from John. A family member, a friend, no wait, why would he have friends? Maybe a warrior, and a good one too." She looked at Erick. "You feel up to a hard battle, or would you like a training corse?" From what she saw, he hadn't fought for awhile..... "Ya know, maybe we should do the training course when your wound is healed up a bit more, and then we'll look for our friends. But then agian, it is your choise."
Meanwhile, Petra has made it past the vortex, now she was trying to find home. She flew over the clouds gracfully searching...........

The general was completely frozen, after 'he' came in. Then a soldier came in his office which then made him get back to reality. "W-what do you want, private"He asked.
"I want to know what happen, something doesn't seem right"He said.
"Private Jack, you shouldn't be in affair in this..."The general grab the folder.
"I should find out right now!"The private smash his fist into the general's table.
The general was sweating like crazy, but then he got a idea "You want to know? Well too late, because you are out of the military"
"W-w-what?!"Jack asked in confusion.
"You heard me, pack your things and get out of here...before you get arrested"The general grin.
Jack was shocked for a second...and then he storm out of the office. "I'll find out what happening, no matter what"He started going to his locker.
The general was relived....but he wasn't out of the woods yet..He open the folder...still wondering how to convince the mayor of this island...but then it hit him like a thunder bolt...he grab a phone and started calling the mayor...
