(OOC: Teo, I was imagining that little meeting with the bad guys... Just a heads up. =D)
I could be useful? I wondered what Edward's words meant. I still hoped my descision to join Edward to save Champ was a good one; it was really hard to tell, since my mental connection with Champ was still cut off. I scrambled to Edward's side, adn for the first time, got a look at the other survivors. Teo was all I could think of when I saw the look on his face. Enrique, too.
I sighed, and looked at my toes to avoid Teo's gaze as he questioned Edward. Enrique handed over his keys to Edward, as well. I sensed a plan behind his actions, but I couldn't figure it out, yet. I was too puzzled by the happenings of today.

Edward: No sir, I'm afraid there's no room for you. This is enough. Once the City of Queztelope is rebuilt, this piece of land will rise, with its core built in it. Eátos is the core. If it's destroyed, the planet will be obliterated. Now then, your meddling here has finished, even without your special powers, i sentenced you both to a different land by random. Be off! *His fire arrow has seized, with its next binding spell, he casts both Enrique and Teo to an island, where the yoshis live.* Now ma'am, we have work to do.

It took Moshi a second to grasp what was happening. He didn't poof back her to Yoshi Island. "Wait, bring me too." She took a step near him. "I do work for you, I was merly trying to bring the girl to you. Let me come." She had a serious face on, not sure if he'll let her come. Probaly not, but she had to try.
OOC: Okay, I got it... I think. I did say before I worked with you.

OOC: Uhm... whoops? I sometimes mis-understand things.
I defied my fear of getting shot and stepped forth, just in enough time to shout, "This..." but after I muttered that, the world changed around me. I gripped the ground as hard as I could as the world span and span around me. The Earth was changing, the sky was spinning horrifyingly fast, and soon... I was embracing the sand.
I looked around... I was at a beach, and there were a few other yoshies lying here. Comically, I checked to see I hadn't landed on anyone and thank fully I hadn't. The strangest thing though... was that there were two mountains in the center of the island... TWO of the super tall kinds. The yoshi's island I knew had one. When I came to think of it, I was usually alone on the beach... and a few other things came to mind later on. That little... b... f... Ah! I can't find an insult bad enough! In my head, I was roaring with rage. I used to know magic like that! I lost it because I couldn't practise it!! Whatever God there is out there, I say dangit. That seemed suitable to let off some steam...
Still on the sand, but making sure it would be just a dream among the half asleep yoshi's, the usual routine came through. First the eyes, then some scales, a sudden growth, claws, arms, and pretty soon a full dragon. I quickly flew off to scout the island from high above, using clouds as coverage, but flying fast, I landed on one of the two peaks and looked out every direction I saw. Where is the real yoshi's island? Turned around... I saw the other peak, but over it, Still nothing... he must have sent me a long way. A plan came to mind... not much of a plan, but I hoped it would help. The moon rose from over there last time... I pointed towards the endless horizon to myself... Does it change often? Or will the moon rise again the same way? Will I see a difference? Yesterday, the last time I saw the sun was... I looked above my head to see the moon in broad daylight. Aw shoot! That can assure only one thing... that the real yoshi's island is in one of... a few directions.
I starred at that moon, lying down, my metallic scales rustling as I tried to watch the moon and how it moved. Yesterday, the moon moved in a straight line... I can assume it always does that. If I can go in the same direction as the rising moon, or backwards, I can possibly find my way... possibly. What do I know... what do I know... I might find myself on a polar ice cap soon... or worse, New York City. Maybe I did lose it all... maybe I will have to get used to a new place... new people... maybe new villains... new... I stopped the thought before it could take a stab at me, but it came through anyways, making me collapse all my muscles and sigh heavily...

Enrique was knocked out of conciousness, then found himself sometime later in an area that was not Queztelope. By the time that he returned to conciousness, he finally noticed that he was somewhere different. He was originally confused, then conflicting ideas flooded his head.
"At least I am now away from that trashed city..." He was gone from the dumpster that turned out to be Queztelope. The city was in ruins, and there was nothing left to salvage, not anything recoverable. He was in a new environment now, away from the city in which he had witnessed destruction for several years.
On the other hand, he wanted revenge. "That... Dinero... I will avenge this banishment on him one day..." Enrique was mad, and now he was willing to change his attitude of survival to punishing Edward for his actions upon the city of Queztelope and himself. He felt sorry for the poor Yoshi girl - she seemed familiar to him; it is quite possible that she could have been a Yoshi he knew named Yoshee - who had to follow him...
Enrique laid on the beach of this exilian island, waiting for a time to come for revenge. However, he did not know how he was going to return to the ruins of Queztelope, and seek his revenge against Edward Dinero. First, he had to find some followers; unfortunately, Dinero had destroyed too much of the earth to find many...

That's it... After watching the moon cross the sky, and the sky itself darkening, I felt full of pure rage, my mind clouded, murder in my heart. I found the way the moon moved, and I compared my memory to this nights moon and its path. I compared the two views... On yoshi's island, the moon rose from the East because the sun had set the exact opposite way. At noon today at this island, the moon was setting in the West, so I can safely assume it went the same direction. Quick, figure this out before you lose patience... And my patience was draining fast, old daydreams starting to invite themselves and mess up precious calculation, The moon takes the same amount of time to do a full spin around the Earth as it takes to make a rotation around the Earth... wait, that's irrelevant! Let's see... oh wait, it's simple. I knew where I was... almost. At least now I would have less to worry about. I wouldn't run into an ice cap, that was for sure. I would though, probably have to make a direct trip across the world heading either East or West. All I'd need to know was where I could be NOW and my problems were solved.
Anger was let out... the knowledge I could figure out how to get home calmed me down. Home... Another memory came up, but I brushed it aside. I'd need to brush harder, as the daydream came up again. My first days... my yoshihood...and dragonhood... I could visit my birth place once more... or my other home... or whichever... wherever I am. I wonder if there's a library here... and a map...and a teacher... and... a sailor. Where am I going to find those?

I stood, dumbfounded, as Teo and Enrique were sent away. There was no telling where they had been banished to, but I knew that they'd somehow be back. Besides, I could not worry about that. I already felt my mission clogging up my memory... How much would I remember about my old life? About Teo and Enrique? Would I even remember Champ? I was worried, but there was no time for that. I had to figure out how I was "useful"...
"Alright, Edward..." I sighed, and faced him. "What should we do?" I noticed the girl was still there, and that comforted me somewhat.

My exitement in combination of recent events surpassed my need to sleep... or it could have been that nap I took so long ago. This place seemed much like home, but there were people I knew on the Yoshi's Island I knew of. I had spotted civilization, a city actually. I would look for a library there, that was the best way. I'll need to find where this island is and pin-point it for future use. And pin point my own island... I don't even know where it is hardly. I flew low as I approached the city, and a minute's walk from the city, I became a yoshi. I entered the city, but what I saw startled me...
... They were all humans... there were no yoshi civilians. Everyone looked at me oddly. I finally saw another yoshi come across a corner... a purple one. Ah finally, company of my liking! To my horror, as he turned the corner completely, he was attached to a leash!
I reached for my neck and found nothing. He reached for his and tugged on his collar with some deal of dismay. I went up to him standing straight, and the stares continued. The yoshi was being tugged by a mother in purple, and with her were two kids, son and daughter, somewhat fearful of me as I gazed at them. I looked at the yoshi, then the kids, then the mother... who was dialing on her phone? "WILD HEG ON MAIN STREET! COME FAST!" She screamed in her phone. "HEG?" I started to respond as people looked at me. I realized I had been speaking in yoshi-tongue. I felt myself switch between two languages as I coughed. "Excuse me, but what kind of a name is a Heg? And why am I considered a wild animal?" The family jumped back as I spoke it in clear English. "You... you talk! Cool! Mom, I want HIM! Herbert here doesn't talk!" The little daughter said. I opened my mouth, about to reject the idea when I heard sirens... a Heg was apparently dangerous. I bent down to the child. "I'm sorry bu-" Wait a minute... this is a way I can get in society! I can borrow clothes to turn human and still retain my dignity! And I'm also a TALKING pet! This would allow me to go places... I saw the other yoshi in the eyes, as if I had just sentenced him to the pound... which was probably the sirens. ...and let HIM go places. I talked to the child again, "If it's alright with your mother, I'll be your pet..." At this the mother was startled, and I continued, "But on one condition... Herbert here gets to run free." The mother looked somewhat relieved at this and the kids jumped for joy as the son hugged me. I rolled my eyes and blushed a little...
The sirens were close, but acting fast enough, Herbert was free. I quickly undid the knot at the back of his collar and slapped it onto my neck. I switched back to the yoshi tongue in my head, "You're free, get out of here before those sirens get here!! I'll be fine." He responded back, "...Thank you... thank you so much, for a second, I thought I was going to get sent to the pound when they picked you! I owe you one!" I blushed again and told him, "You don't owe me yet... first you still have to get out of here!" "I nearly forgot!" He said as he dashed off, waving a last goodbye. I turned around and looked at the family, switching my mind back to English, and tried to talk, but I was cut off by the sirens whom I silently watched go by. They had seen Herbert! The two trucks fired nets, but the clever yoshi used his tongue to deflect them, and threw one at the others, conveniently stopping them. Herbert jumped into the bushes and made off, free as anything. Again, I tried to talk with the family, but I was yanked by the collar and just heard a "Come on Timmy," from the Daughter. I turned to her, "Mind you I have a name... call me Teo. It's really Theodore, but I much prefer Teo." The mother looked at me, still weirded out that I spoke English, but let the kids hold the leash. "Lemme ride you!" The boy said. "Hey, I'm not a horsey..." I retorted. The boy responded again, "But you're a Heg... and Heg's are for riding!" I somewhat reluctantly accepted and he got on my back. I'm going to need to get used to this... but it's one step closer. Even if I have to be someone's pet...

Enrique remained on the beach, hat over his eyes to block out the sun, to give him time to think about the recent turn of events. There was a city on the island nearby, but he didn't bother entering it. All he wanted was to lay on the beach and think... "How am I going to get out of this...?" Maybe the other Yoshi who was banished here with him could help him out... if he could find him. Enrique noticed before the banishment that the other was a Yoshi named Teo; it surprised him that he was focused on seeking revenge on Edward to notice his surroundings before he was banished from Queztelope.
He shifted to a sitting position on the ground, and placed his hat on his head. The first thing that he needed to do was find Teo. "Could he possibly be in the city?" He turned around and faced toward the only major area of civilization that he could find; it was inevitable that Teo was not on the beach with him. Slowly, he started to stand up, and brushed the sand off of his body and shirt. He started his approach to the city by walking; however, as his adventure to this unknown city progressed, he eventually walked faster and faster, eventually into a running speed.

*While Edward is with Yoshee, he sees Moshi infront of him, asking him to side to him.*
Edward: You may, but a warning. Doublecrossing a treaty with the evil will leave you a target for annihilation. You have my words. The darklings are now constructing the exact city that was once stood before. By the time the Wonder is complete, this will rise, and the earth will no longer exist. Now then, let's get to work.
*At the island the 2 are in, a mysterious white glowing star appeared infront of them.*

She looked relived for a moment, then looked plain emotionless. "Thank you, sir." She then looked at Yoshee, and saw the fear and saddness in her eyes, and tried to avoid looking at her. Even more horrid memories come to her......
"You are mine now, you do what I want, when I want...." The small spring green yoshi felt something new... wings.... and claws. Her blonde hair was dark violet and she felt as cold as a corpse...... She whimpered softly....

After the walk, which I ended up doing most of the walking for the kids, we arrived at a rather large house near the edge of the city. It wasn't very decorative, but it was a very nice house that must have cost a bundle to build like that. I'm guessing it's considered hard to keep a yoshi and you need to be wealthy.... As we came in through the front gates, I let the kids down from my back and they skipped up the front steps to be let in by the mother who was taking her sweet time. In that time, I made to undo my collar, and the mother looked at me and said, "If you can undo a collar just like that, I'm going to have to get a new one." I gulped a bit at the comment and pretended to somewhat struggle with it, but to the mother, I couldn't hide that I could undo a knot. "Don't worry, we won't make you wear one if you don't want to... frankly, I never wanted to take care of a pet." I grinned at her at that comment. "The kids just wanted one so badly..." I rolled my eyes at that comment and she looked at me again. I was about to reply, but then she said, "But don't run away tonight though, tommorrow's the pet show..."

As Enrique got closer and closer to the city, his running eroded into a slight march. He observed the city; it was rather large, and it was going to be difficult searching for Teo based on its size. Immaculately, a birght light appeared in front of him. He shut his eyes, and covered his hands with both his left hand and his hat. He had no idea how this light appeared in front of him1, but he did know that this was slowing him down in his search for Teo. He also stopped progess toward the city; in fact, he was retreating a little bit.
OOC: 1I find it rather odd that things just seem to appear. I also seem to use the word "immaculately" a bit much as well...

*The star speaks with Enrique without any harm, in a ladylike voice.* (OOC: found out the icky smiley...) ??: Please do not be afraid. I've come to no harm, as you are the survivor from the City of Queztelope. I am willing to help you, and your other friend that were teleported here. *The white star closes infrint of Enrique.* Your appearances do not appear well, if you wish to stop the evil and the master of the darklings.

Enriquewas surprised to hear a voice just suddenly come immaculately. He thought that it had to do with the star that was in front of him. He couldn't see it because it was still too bright to see anything; however, he did listen carefully to what the star had told him. "This thing... can help save the rest of the world from... Dinero?" Enrique was quite excited, yet still a little skeptical. "All I want right now is to find Teo. Maybe then will we discuss revenge on Dinero."

I was taken up to a room, I was going to sleep in the same room as the two kids tonight. I entered the front door, looking at the hall. There were rugs on the floor and a few paintings on the wall... it was somewhat of an upper class place if you were to ask me. I was being led down the hall, still by my leash, and the kids gave me a small tour of the house. There was a kitchen, a rather large living room, two large bedrooms and a guest bedroom, along with a living room elaborately decorated and a fire place. There were two stories, and on my way through, I noticed a few things...
The hall was decorated, as I said before, with rugs and paintings to light up the atmosphere. It felt odd walking barefoot on a carpet again, I hadn't done so in so long. It would have triggered a better memory if I wasn't being pulled on by a leash. "Hey, slow down you two... I do want to look around a bit..." but the response was, "Aw... but we want to show you the whoooole house!! And we won't be able to if we don't hurry!" So I was dragged along the corridor, starting to match pace with them when the mother from the other room told them not to run in the halls. Whew, now maybe I can take a look around.
I was led into the kitchen, where it was all clean and white with a view of the garden out back. The view was great, there was the sea behind the garden and a nice little porch to eat at on a warm night...but it was too cold right now, so the tour continued. I was rather disgusted by the fact they had a second refrigerator filled with many butchered meats and fish... but none the less, I could make some good dishes out of some of those meats. The boy looked up to me all of a sudden and said, "Hey, why are your eyes all yellow now?" I shook my head and realized what just happened. I quickly responded, "Uh... nothing...nothing..." The daughter looked at me with narrowing eyes, (which was really cute,) but the son led me on to the living room.
The living room had a fire glowing, and the mother resting in her reclinder facing away from the fire reading a book, but stopped when the kids came in. "So, what are you kids up to now? And what are you doing with Teo?" She said with authority. The kids looked at her with smiles on their faces, and quickly said, "Nothing... we're just showing him around..." A conversation started up about how they had to feed me and make sure I didn't break anything, but in the mean time, I looked around... it was a warm, cozy living room... it would be perfect with a nice place to curl up in front of the fire... of course, as long as I didn't break anything...
The exited little kids led me to the study, which I hadn't noticed before, and in there was a few bookshelves and quite a lot of papers on the floor. Bit of a mess... The kids looked at the mess and walked over it to a few books on the shelves. Apparently, some books were of math and science whereas others were childrens books. It was carefully organized, a shelf or half shelf for each category. I walked up and took up a book with a cover of a dragon. Dangit, I judged a book by its cover again. Anyways, I sat down and read the inside flap of the book, while the kids were half reading their books and half looking at how an animal was reading a book beyond their skill level. "I thought mom told us we were smarter than animals on this island..." the daughter said in an English like accent. I would have been angered by the fact I just got called an animal, but instead I chuckled and stood up, "So tell me you two, can you tell me WHAT is an animal?" The two kids looked at me and thought, and thought... but eventually gave up and pulled on my leash all the way upstairs.
Upstairs were four rooms. The kids bedroom, the mothers bedroom, and two other rooms I couldn't go in. The kids led me in their mom's bedroom first, where it seemed to be filled with many wardrobes, a desk, a very big bed, and a chandelier. The whole room smelled of perfume, and the kids were somewhat happy to get me out of there, not to mention me with my very large sense of smell.
The next room...was the kids room! They had a bunk bed made of wood (that was held up at 8 points), colorful blankets, colorful pictures on the wall, two little desks with pencils and brushes and paints... and a large stack of paper on each. They also had a computer on a third desk. Hmmm...I can use that... The kids room was quite a sight, and if they had even one more light in there, I could have gone blind. Then they led me down another room... one that was plain on the walls, but full of very cheap carpeting by the looks of it... and a litter box... and I deduced this was my room by the little round bed/basket near the wall. Ah well, lucky I don't need a dog house.
