Name: Toshi

Race: Yoshi

Brief Background: Toshi is a musically talented blue yoshi. His background is minimal as he prefers to not talk about his past life, however, he's always bright, cheery and everyone adores his humour.

RP Sample: Toshi awakens from his slumber, his body warm from the sun that beams through the trees. He sits up, yawning loudly as he rubs his eyes, before leaning against the tree he was sleeping under. As he pulls through from his awakening, he could hear the faint sound of laughter and music ahead of him, he looks over to see some sort of fair... it was the Fruit Harvest Festival, "Oh wow, is that the day? I almost forgot!", he stumbles onto his feet, flicking out his tongue to grab an apple from the tree as a light snack, before walking towards the festival... then suddenly spinning round and grabbing another 5 apples from the tree, "A few apples won't hurt, hehehehehe!" He finally heads on towards the carnival...

I'll go human on this RP, however I'll have to make a few modifications.

Name: Jay Tanoshi
Age: 13
Race: Human
Special Ability/Weapon: Katana

Brief Background: Jay is somewhat known to be a little smart, however, he keeps most of it to himself. Jay does like to have a large curiousity and is known to make a wise-cracking remark whenever someone gives him trouble sometimes, though that can lead to trouble itself. He likes to talk to others whenever he can. He usually likes going on adventures and try to find new areas to explore.

RP Sample:
Jay was resting near at the Dragon Island Inn, leaning back on the wooden chair, thinking on what to do. He closed his eyes for a minute and then reopened quickly. 'That's right...the festival!' Unfortunate for Jay, he leaned to far back and fell, hitting his head on the floor.

"Are you OK?" the Inn keeper asked Jay.
"Yea...Listen I have to go, there's some festival going on, and I want to check it out." Jay replied.
"Alright, you go on."
"Thanks! Tell Crystal that I said I'll be back!" Jay quickly grabbed his katana and green jacket and dashed out of the door. He went through the dense woods and found the beach, with his wooden motorboat nearby. He started to push the boat into the water and jumped in. Jay pulled the cord of the motor a few times until it started going, taking control of the boat, heading Northeast to Yoshi's Island.

[Damian Yoshi]

Name: Damian Yoshi
Age: 15 (Human years)
Race: Yoshi
Special Ability/Weapon: Natural stuff.
Brief Background: Refuses to tell much about his past (because he was formerly in Bowser's army)
RP Sample: Damian woke up in a "Hotel" set up for people wanting to visit the festival. He woke up, and looking at his clock, realized he had over slept. He got up and hurridly tied on his bandana and pulled on his boots, then, after handing a small sack of coins to a receptionist of sorts, ran out of the hut. He headed for where he had been told the festival was to be held, and looked around.

It was more wonderful than he could have imagined. Spending much of his life in Rogueport, he had never tasted fruit that was as fresh and juicy as it was here. He was pretty sure it was going to be a good day.

Name: Teo

Age: 13-15 (We don't entirely know)

Race: YOSHI

Special Ability/Weapon: NONE

Brief Background: Teo has little backround to himself that he wishes to remember, but we do know that he came to yoshi-hood from the human side of things, or so those who see him often say. He travels yoshi's island in search of adventure or fun, having partaken in a few already.

RP Sample:

It was so easier to fly, but the land has such a special quality invisible in the air... if I knew, I probably would have walked more. I looked at the multi-fruited trees and the ground, slowly pressing under my weight. Yoshi's Island soil, this stuff is priceless... the stuff heaven should be covered in. As I walked, I aimed my head to the sky, remembering the memories of flying that would be left into the past. The weight of having to carry a backpack so you can have water and shelter seemed familiar now, but I honestly thought it would have been better to fly to water points and sleep warm using your own breath. The weight on my arms might never come off. Literally.

Slowly lifting a cyan yoshi arm in the air, an iron bracelet of sort was attached, same with the other arm. They weren't connected, but they were serving their purpose very well. Iron binds the fey... How I ever regret to have messed with that mage. Iron is the one thing that keeps me from transforming, and he happened to know a spell to make it indestructible. I might never be a dragon or human again. But seeing the land on foot like this as a yoshi is what I always wanted... not dragonhood... I'm actually happy like this, and slowly, a soft smile crept on my face.

Soon, the walk would end, as the edge of the forest was clear now, and I joined a flattened, much used path. Up on a tree, there was a sign saying, "Yoshi Festival! All invited! Head down to Yoshi Village now!" Looking to my left, there was a proudly decorated sign indicating Yoshi city to the right and Yoshi village to the left. Without hesitation, I went left...

(Didn't someone call it the Yoshi Harvest festival?)

It really doesn't matter what it's called exactly. Though if you read the first post, I believe I did call i t the Fruit Harvest Festival. And I think I can squeeze you in, welcome aboard.
