Toshi turned to the Twi with venom in his eyes as he placed his crystal shard under his saddle, "Not like we trust you either, Twi" he spoke out loud, as he followed Vicks up the short cliff. "What the hell? Did i just say that?" It seemed like his attitude changed too, he felt more confident and... aggressive? He never put a second thought to it, right now, their job was to unpoison the water, quickly.

Enrique was relieved that Vicks had accepted his apology; it was now time to put that behind him and salvage the the rest of the village, possibly even the rest of the island. He followed Vicks to the short cliff that allowed the waterfall to descend; he stood back fifteen yards of the cliff before he jumped up, as he would need a running start and a little bit of luck to get to the top of the cliff. Enrique can't jump as high as other Yoshis can, so what seems as an easy jump to others may be a little challenging for Enrique. He ran toward the cliff, starting to flutter-jump about six yards from it. He managed to reach the top of the cliff; however, he would have to pull his legs onto the cliff in the process.

"...I guess I'll be hanging around a while longer, then." Eyeing up the cliff, it would be no trouble for Moot to get up there despite his apparent lack of jumping power. Placing a hand on the edge of the cliff he (almost) effortlessly pulled himself up, covering the rest of the distance by repeating the same maneuver with the other hand.
"So I'm guessing the source of this poison is still further upstream, then... Did this happen the last time the place got poisoned, or what?" Looking around the area again, he was surprised that an exploding crystal wouldn't have garnered more attention from the local wildlife. That is, unless they weren't too incapacitated already to actually come and check it out.

Blood's legs were powerful, so the jump was no problem for him. He had a stone and was using it to sharpen his spearpoint while he walked. Blood wasn't exactly sure where he was going, but he followed along anyhow. After curing himself he had just kind of sat down and relaxed until everyone was finished, because of this, only words Blood had paid attention to were Vicks'. Something about seeing a lotta stuff. So Blood dashed after him, walking behind him absentmindedly and yawning every so often.

"Alright, up we go!..? Hey! My crysta-" the crystal seemed to float, and all of a sudden, a keyhole appeared in the right shackle. The key slowly plunged in, going farther in than the shackle was thick, and turning until the metal opened, right along the middle of the keyhole. The other shackle fell also, split in half where no splitting was intended. My bag was still on my back, but I was too diverted to even remember I had it on. I rubbed my wrists where the shackles were, realizing that no more iron would mean no more problems. The key slipped back in my hand, as if it meant to stay there until there was another shackle to unlock. "Spell's broken... Yeah!!" My shape started to quiver and change, it was dragon time!
Well, almost. My shape never quite finished changing. In fact, once the quivering had stopped, I was mostly like a big blob of jello, my shape trying to change, but something holding it back. In fact, it DID look like I was a pile of blue jello, and if you were looking, it would look utterly disgusting. Not only that, but my bag was starting to sink into me until finally it sprang out and my yoshi shape returned. Everyone was silent...
"What? You've never had... problems before?" Those probably aren't the right words, but this is rather embarassing. "Let's get on then..." I walked up to the short cliff and hung one of the straps on a rock that was sticking out of the cliff wall. I looked around to see if there wasn't a point I could pivot off of so I could go higher, but there was nothing, I was just going to have to jump normally. So, five six steps backs, a good run and a flutter and I was up the cliff wall, my bag hung under me, a good few feet below. I leaned over the cliff edge and used my long yoshi tongue to reach down and snatch the bag, slowly bringing it up so the weight wouldn't make me fall. It made it to the top okay and before long, it was on my back, and I was ready to roll.
To victory!

Strangie looked at the short cliff in front of him. "Ha.... Ice isn't the only thing I can climb." He put his hand on the rocky cliffside, and made his way up, climbing bare-handed.
Once he got close to the top, he put both of his hands on the cliff edge, and swung his legs up and over the side, letting go in midswing so he'd get a little boost into the air, putting his feet back down on the ground to land safely. He ran to catch up with his comrades who may or may not have had other means of climbing it.

Twi eyed the cliff. He wasn't much of a climber, but he could use his claw to dig into the rock. Usually he'd conseal it, but something made he want to use it, as if he didn't want to lie about it anymore. "Hmm, maybe...this shard is giving me these thoughts.." he thought.
IN this thought process he reliased he was already starting on the cliff, his claw digging away at the rcok to get him up, not a care who saw it. His cape flapped in the breex revealing it in all it's glory. He finished the climb, and caught up with the others, not covering his claw.

I was extremely hyper from that pure water, but I decided to use my energy to scramble up the cliff. I made short work of it, powering my legs like a motor the whole way up. The light blue Yoshi, now shackle-less, was muttering something to himself behind me. I wondered what he was talking about, but I had to watch the ground in front of me and keep up with the group.

Jay walked to the cliff, scratching the back of his head. "Heh, well, I use to climb fake rocks at Tokyo High..."
Jay grabbed a piece of rock to make sure it's stable. He slowly grabbed each rock that's good and place with his foot. He got a little more confident, so he climbed a little faster. 'Heh, this is easy...'
He finally reached the top, trying to catch his breath. "Climbing...is...never...easy...huh?" He looked to his left, and saw Twi, but also his claw he had. 'Now THAT'S a weapon!' He turned his head so Twi wouldn't notice, but couldn't help at turning his eyes to it a few more times.

Ah,me.I'm so slow.I've always sort of tagged along behind people, but now,I was just stupidly standing at a waterfall, and a bunch of yoshi footprints(and some human tracks) were trailing off into some weird territory. But man,was this waterfall strange.I did stumble upon a pretty cool crystal,though...Then it hit me.This is what we were looking for, wasn't it! Oh,man! They're probably halfway up to China by now!Grabbing myself a coconut to test this crystal shard,I took a quick swig of water, and ran in the direction of the footprints.I was in such a hurry to find the others,I hadn't even realized the water's effect.I was completely cured. But,blowing that off,the tracks led me to a cliff that reminded me of a rock wall at my school. And everyone was climbing it.Wings were a nice advantage here.Putting them to good use,I slowly carried myself upward. "Hey! I found you guys! I take it you found the waterfall? I sort of...got lost back there."I said with a grin.

Now it seemed like the majority of the group was on this cliff, all the group needed now was something to do. Moot figured they should be looking for the source of the poison, but ideally Vicks would make the first move, as so far it seemed like he knew what he was doing, even if the whole exploding crystal episode was unintended.
"We should probably be getting a move on, we're just wasting time hanging around here. The quicker we find that source the quicker I can go back to loungning around the place like I was meant to be..." Moot glanced down at the other part of the group still messing around in the waterfall area. If they hurried up they should be able to catch up with the other half of the group when they eventually moved on.

"I hate sitting here too, but if we leave part of the group too far behind, they could get lost, and that might be bad for them. They could probably take care of themselves, but if they're lost, I'd hate to feel responsible. That's just me of course... and we should get a move on to save everyone else. Vicks, give the word..."
(Seriously Vicks, DO give the word, or warn us when you have something to attend to for a few days...)

(ATTENTION ATTENTION THE RP HAS BEEN RESTARTED MAN YOUR BATTLESTATIONS AND SUCH PEOPLE!!!!!!!)
Vicks sighed, they had been walking for what must have been several hours, and yet still no end to this river! "Guys! Just a little farther, the source can't be too much farther...look at the water!" He pointes to the river, which was...sadly, an obvious purple color, with that, he pressed onwards, oblivious of the large shadow the now gigantic-moon was casting...

(About frickin' time)
Strangie followed his company and Vicks to... where ever they were headed to. He took a look behind him, noticing the large shadow on the ground, and saw the freakishly large moon behind them.
"Gah! What in the name of all that is sane is going on!?" he exclaimed, pointing back at the moon. "Vicks, you might wanna take a look at this..."

I rolled my eyes upward, tilted my head, and glanced backwards at the moon. I almost grinned; I had never seen a solar eclipse before. "If the sun gets covered by the moon, what happens? Do we cover our eyes or something?" I asked, catching up to Vicks. I pointed up at the moon, as the Ice Climber-Strangie, I remembered- had been doing. My gaze was drawn skyward again; it was so strange to see the moon that big.
EDIT: Haha, I thought I had gotten solar and lunar mixed up. I'll fix it.

(Finally.)
Enrique followed Vicks and the other adventurers upstream, toward the source of the river, which was still a purple hue. He had no idea how the river got purple in the first place; the best hypothesis that he could think of was that some idiot near the source of the river was dumping purple dye in the river. However, this was erased from his head when the short human proclaimed some sort of phenomenon. Enrique's eyes followed the direction of where the human was pointing. Enrique was shocked and speechless at the object that the human was pointing out; a very large moon trailed the group only slightly. Initially, Enrique started wondering if the moon was falling closer the the earth; however, he figured that it still couldn't explain the river's unusual hue.

(YAYZORZ)
The moon was very large, bigger than Twi had ever seen. "Is the moon always like this?" He thought to himself. His cape was blowing in the breeze, his claw getting some needed air. But he couldn't help think why he thought it didn;t need covering. Regardless, he looked up at the moon one last time, and pressed on following Vicks.

At long last (in Moots opinion) the group was on their way again to sorting out this mess. "Good job we're moving again, I felt like I'd been hanging around that same place for a month, now."
Looking upriver, the purple colouration to the water seemed to be getting more concentrated, so clearly whatever - or whoever - was causing the problem would be at the river source. Considering Moot wasn't exactly familiar with the island, he had no idea what to expect, and for a moment thought about drawing his scythe, but quickly cleared his head of the idea.
His mind drifted back to the people left in the village, and how they must be doing. Even after such a short period most of the group here were almost crippled by the effects of the poison, until it was miraculously cleared up by dunking a crystal in it.
"We probably don't want to hang around much after we sort this out, bearing in mind we'll have the return trip to make back to the village... Unless of course that moon has crashed into us by then, the rate its going."

(Yay! Lets see if I can get this right!)
Jay looked at the water, and got a disgusted look. "Man, I hope this will end soon..." he said looking at the moon. With a Solar Eclipse like that, that can spell trouble. "...I mean really soon. I'm getting a bad feeling about this..." He just kept looking around while following the others, getting ready as he had his hand on his katana.

Why didn't it work... why didn't it work... my shackles are off, why couldn't I transform? I was thinking to myself, almost beating myself up, at how unable I was to transform. I had been able to do it naturaly until the shackles came, but now that they're off, it's like I'm still bound somewhere. Wow, how'd the water get purple? That water has to be badly contaminated. What could cause such a purple color? Magic should be a last answer, a backup theory, but what in the world could make such a color? It doesn't look healthy, things are dying near it... the plants are losing their green... it must be toxic waste, but what waste is purple? I always thought it was green. Maybe it could be toxic waste... oh this is so angering!! Who would polute such a beautiful island?? I oughta crush that factory in a single raging fireball... but I can't. The daydream went on about how I would transform into a dragon, jump on a giant gray factory and burn it to the ground, taking all the toxins in big canisters into a fiery volcano, but of course, it was a daydream.
"Wow, the moon... it's coming in front of the sun..." I said, finally noticing the moon above my head. Normally we should still be able to see, eclipses never cover completely. The moon may be 400 times closer than the sun to us, but the sun is 400 times larger than the moon... unless... unless the moon was closer than it was! Something is pulling the moon closer, and that would create an eclipse!! We wouldn't see the outer part of the sun, but it would be totally covered, leaving absolutely no light except artificial light!! Someone is planning to use this to their advantage...
