This is basically BB guns, isn't it? At least from what bits I've seen on the interweb about it, anyway.

Heard of it, but never tried it. Probably wouldn't mind trying it, but I know for a fact theres no places remotely close that do that kind of thing.

I love this sport it is SO FUN!
and yes they're BB guns in a sense...They fire plastic bbs and are usualy replicas of actual fire arms.
gas guns are fun because they create a realistic gun fight.

Paintballs paintballs paintballs. Strike with more force and I like the pump-action of my weapon, it forces me to actually aim my shots.

You do aim with airsoft guns, thats basic knowledge is aiming!
Paintball guns are fun though i used to play but then I tryed airsofting and got hooked and sold my paintball gun.
My rifle (which is spring so it's no where near as powerful) Is bolt action so I have to aim fire thingy and lose my aim each time i fire. It gets pretty difficult. Plus paintball is messy why ruin your clothes? Airsoft gives a more realistic fight especially when you have a gas gun. My Gas GUn rivles the power of paintball gun to the point that its ridiculous. XD

Most good paintball places will supply you with overalls for exactly that reason.

I play airsoft occasionally, every once and a while we get togethor in 4+ teams and play elimination (if you get shot your out of the game, last team standing wins).

I'd never heard of Airsofting before I met Kurtis, haha. XD Everyone around here does Bryson Paintball instead. As for myself, I've never tried it, but it sounds fun.

compared to that one in the clip I posted it makes that one in power and design look like a piece of crap.

I airsofted. No more doing it. I got too bored to it.. It's really expensive hobby if you really want to get the feel of it. My friend bought many Airsoft guns. If i remember correctly, the names were: VSR-10 sniper, M4-A1 electric airsoft gun, Desert eagle (gas), MP5, and some cheap little pistol without name... But he sold the M4-A1 and VSR-10..

The M4-A1 cost like.. 350Euros for him. It was well...some fun to shoot with it
