...What is this 'breakfast' you speak of? We nocturnal dragons know not the meaning of this word. I don't eat breakfast. LEVEL UP ! !lol, you and me both brother! LEVEL UP ! !I never eat anything for breakfast(and even lunch) until it gets late. I'm never hungry until the night comes around. However, my parents don't like the idea, so they get mad at me easily. I'm sure they'll be upset if you usually go 18 hours without eating. ^^;

Two fruits (Usually an Apple and a Banana) and some milk. Sometimes i drink a Strawberry or a Grape juice, eat a bread with butter or eat some cookies.

Cereal, because I never have time to make anything else in the mornings. D: If I don't wake up late, I'll drink some juice and have some fruit with it. The cereal I usually have is those Quaker Oats Oh's.
I'd love some waffles, though.

Just Toast. Or sometimes cereal if there's no bread.

Honestly, my breakfast kind of varies, especially depending on when I wake up and how much time I have.. But I suppose that the thing I have the most often is cereal, so let's go with that! XD

Man this question is off the "Hiz-House" and you know it is, definetly a toughy to find an answer for though. There are a multiplitude of things you could gnaw upon when you wake up in the morning, depending upon as many said "When and how" you do it. Majority of Americans these days pretty much consume the average meal, and that's usually a brand name of some cereal. It's quick and easy for most of their schedules: without preperation or time to create intake, it can productively be used and disposed of quickly. While things such as "Eggs and Bacon" will take a few moments to prepare, because of this you can find yourself in a bit of rush that you already were. You know you all wake up late as it is when you head off to school, then you have to waddle your way into the shower. There you'll stand, letting the countless waves upon waves flush your face that that erie white. Slowly you'll stand out, lagging each movement, wrapping that frilled town around your frame. After dressing and primming everything up, you'll find yourself doing what you do most: eating. Usually by that hour though, things start to get in more of a rush. So, because of the way we go, long and ordered meals can not really be obtained. You're still going to have to make that mad dash on waiting for the bus to come and wisk you away. Then in ways, we rinse, wash, and repeat: it's the cycle in the washer, that of which goes back and forth each coming day. While many nutritionist say "Children hardly get their needed protien and energy for the day", they fail to pinpoint it on one subject that surrounds us fully. The few and precious seconds we are given in waking up throughout the morning, there is no time to give out a hearty meal. As "School Starting Time" continues to be pushed on us more and more every decade or so, we find ourselves in a whirl of what we can and cannot achieve.
Then again, the youth who do get to eat the full-blown meals have themselves a lucky phase. Merely because feasts of the sorts really do take their essence in what they give and also taketh away from the user. While they may have their fats, they also are full of their energies. While it might not be the sweets such as from fruits: eggs and meats store many starches and crabs. Thus causing the one eating the food to find themselves being more content and easily able to go throughout the day. Simple dry foods such as Pop Tarts and Cereals can only last so long, merely like Espresso shots and Energy Drinks. While it might be today's pop culture, they only influence a short agression of what is really required. Therefore, you'll find yourself dragging down as the day starts to end. Where, if you find yourself having all three meals fully; taking in each bite, and concentrating on keeping yourself calm: there could be some very great moods coming into your life. A day really is started with a great meal, and sure you don't have to have it if you don't feel hungry. However, don't deny or abandon it merely because your stomach feels diffrent. Do what you can to aid this development and don't get rid of what you need more than what you want. As American Cultures, we find ourselves enriching our lives in exotic wares: from anything such as Cereal Bars to shots of Coffee. Our days are long, and our adventures require the utmost attention from our bodies. This can only be given in the morning, then on out our physical abilities and growth will keep the functions going. So you do need to really elaborate yourself on what you eat and put inside of yourself. As Schlosser had said in one of his essays, the only probelm with America's eating habits is America itself.
Who can deny however, that scurrying aroma of precious, drenching, drooling foods as they set themselves upon the table. That fresh and powdered essence of oats; sweetly bathered in a rich douse of milky palettes. Each lapping over the other to make your morning something special. Yet instead we choose to shove something stale, bitter, and easily edible into our gullets. Sure, we might have things we need to do; but time proves that we can easily manage ourselves in better fit ways to bring into our lives what we need.
