I'm surprised a poll like this hasn't been made yet. Well, maybe it has. I guess it can use a refresh.
C'mon, all Yoshis love fruit! Even most non-Yoshis do.
I love practically all fruits. I can go on and on naming which ones I like. But my top favorite will always be strawberry! Grapes come close in second, and cherries in third. Dragonfruit is good, too. And I really should eat bananas more often. :<
The only fruits I can't really stand are various melons like cantalope and honeydew. I've tried getting used to them, but I just can't. D:
So, what're YOUR various favorites?

Apple, for the simple reason I went 7 years unable to eat an able cos of damned braces, but now I can eat apples and they are tasty. Especially Braeburn apples, they rock! The berries are pretty spiffy too, but apples are the clear winner.
I like watermelons, but too many damned seeds D=

Go cherry!!! I love them! They're awesome, even if they do have annoying seeds in them.

Cannot. Choose. Only. One...
Aaaagh!! I don't know! If anything, I'll probably close my eyes and point at the banana. But strawberry comes EXTREMELY close second, then coconut (macapuno) comes EXTREMELY close third.
Mangoes, honeydew, and cantaloupes are somewhere lost in the 4th, 5th, and 6th favorite spot, and recently I've been loving pineapple a lot, too. I guess cantaloupes should get a leg up due to my favorite Filipino drink... (Dag, the name slips my mind. I don't think it even has a name, but all I know that it's made with shredded cantaloupe, water, ice, and sugar)
Strangely enough, I do not like watermelon as a fruit, but am an extreme fan of watermelon flavored things! :9

I picked water melon not only can they provide a good sence of happyness with every morsel, but in the right hands of a yoshi, it can also become a deadly weapon. I went into town today and bought myself this fat water melon which looks like the one from Yoshis island (I'm gonna eat it, then go and spit all the seeds all over my sister haha!! ) edit: here's the water melon ...and my web cam made it look a little darker than it is ^^;

Oh. yum.
Braces cause me to eat all kinds of fruits Double-scoop ice cream
I'd have to say plums, though. I've been eating a bunch of those lately.
Pomegranites are close, along with bananas, honeydew, apples, and I would like to try mangoes sometime. And we can't forget cherries, razzberries, or strawberries. So hard to choooose :<

Grapes for me. They have to be of the seedless and green kind, though.

Grapes can be used both as a delicious snack or as an improvised throwing weapon of annoya. I select grapes.

I don't know, I have several I really really like... My top choices are Passion fruit, Raspberries, plums and peaches!! Apricots come close to peaches, so those too. Plus, there's a lot of things you can make with Apricots, and my Grandma taught me this great recipe :9. If I had to pick ONE though, it would SO be raspberries!! They're just so dang good... my cousins grew raspberry bushes, and every time I come to France, they have a few for me Following closely to those are coconut, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and yeah!! I don't actually like the taste of just coconut, but it's great in cakes. Maybe last time I got a coconut it just wasn't ripe? It was all hard. Made fer some good chewin' Among the bottom of my list are apples and bannanas... no wait, not bannanas, I like those, but when I said apples, the bananas just came... Anyhow, yeah, I don't like apples too much. I like'm, but they're not great... FOR ME ANYHOW!! It's a personal opinion!!

To many good choices, apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, but alas, I can only pick one, so I pick cherries.

Strawberry + sugar owns your life. When I was young, and I still do this now and then whenever I go back home, I love making strawberry cereal. All it is is just sliced or quartered strawberries (anything bite-sized, whichever you prefer), milk, and loads of sugar. Really simple and extremely good, especially gulping down the sugary strawberry milk at the end! :9

Grapes, I can never get enough of grapes ^^.
I prefer cutting Oranges in half, and putting sugar on each slice and then digging the orange out with a spoon ^^. Its very delicious.

That's exactly what my Filipino grandma does.
Except... instead of oranges, it's grapefruit. And instead of sugar, she uses salt...

Ive heard of putting sugar on Grapefruit. But salt?

I think what it does that salt brings out the subtle sweetness that already exists in grapefruit. I'm not too sure, because I've not tried it myself in the last 15 years. I hate grapefruit with a burning passion.
What salt mostly does is to enhance flavors that are already there, which is why we put a dash of salt in pastries and cookies. Adding salt to savory foods makes them more salty, but adding salt to sweet things makes them sweeter (probably by only a reasonable amount, though).
