Good point Yoshifrog... And Dpf it more sounds like you are the newbie you have made a post exactly like this before... If you most leave then leave moat people did'nt even know you because you were never on. So watch who you call newbies YC get's better every day! Solong DPF!

If that's the way it's gotta be, then.
You haven't posted anything in about a month. This was completely unnecessary and possesses attacks on current members. "Pointless posts by newbies" and "really boring" are vague at best; how have things changed? What did this site used to have that it doesn't have now? How do you think that people would be able to improve themselves? What are your needs?
Without answers to basic questions like those your ideas become useless. Looking at your past, the omission details and dry spell in posts creates a situation where it is not unreasonable to feel like you are only doing this for attention.
In general, before making a post about going somewhere for a while, whether limited or indefinitely, take time to consider the effect your movements will have on the community and board. If it does not appear that your absence will have an impact on the board at large, then don't create a thread about it. Inform those who you have regular contact with in private.

'Things'? Pray tell what 'things' happened, because as far as I know we were all very accomodating of you as a member when you did serve your time around here.
I can't add anymore to what has been said. Lazoshi outlined it perfectly - you have done this before, and I believe it to be purely a way of generating attention towards yourself. To create a topic out of the blue about 'leaving this forum' is a silly premise as it is. Save yourself the trouble and just go. Delete the link from history, and simply don't come back. Not everything needs a goodbye speel, and an internet forum deserves one even less.

When someone opens such a thread (which is about "leaving" or "coming back") I always feel I must laugh directly into the face of that person.
But you doubled the dose with your reasons. Aaa.
Especially after a person know how many times you've left, and how many times you've come back. Honestly, ITSA LUDICROUS.
You say this board is "boring", and "lotsa newbies post here". And what were those things you have done against these so called bad things? Or even tried to... ? Of course: nothing at all.
However, I believe you still think that people don't see the real reason why you posted this message: because you love making such affairs which put yourself into the centre of attention. Nice, but that mental illness can be healed by the power of Uncle Psychologist ... :P

Hmm,.. so is this your third time you've "left forever" and then come back a couple days later? You are such an attention hog, DPF, and you're getting on my nerves with these pointless cries for attention. It's funny how you're so desparate for attention of any sort and this happens. It backfires horribly on you and now you've annoyed a great number of mods and important people.
