Bloody scanner lightened the colors again...you can hardly tell what his fur color is (It's pink).
Shoe often volunteers to babysit because, like me, he adores children. I'll let you come up with your own reasons as to why the egg almost met a terrible end. If you've read the introduction I typed up last night, you'll know that it's springtime in this picture. The yoshi inside the egg is none other than Dore, the water iMage. Spontanious thought burst. Just thought I'd throw that in to make it a bit more interesting. Did it work?
I honestly don't know how this came out the way it did. My hand kind of moved on its own. Meaning I don't think I can draw him in the same style, especially at a different angle. I need to look at other pictures, perhaps find some tutorials or look at one of the trophies on Melee. :B
Anyway, I'm compeltely satisfied with this picture. The only thing I might want to change are the colors of his outfit. The clubs ssymbols are supposed to be red, while the red colors of the gloves and hood are supposed to be white. Shoe's shoes are supposed to be different as well. The red is supposed to be green, the white is, well actually that's fine, and the clover is supposed to be red. Oh well! Whenever I'm at a computer with illustrator, I'll fix it up.
I apologize that I don't reply to everyone's comments. But, I want to let you know that I do read them, and I appreciate them dearly. To be honest, all I would say is "Thank you and I appreciate it." That's all I could say really unless someone asked a question or something like that. So again, thank you for letting me know how you feel about my art. I appreciate constructive critisism even more though, hint hint. But it isn't mandatory. ^^
Finally, you may have noticed some significant changes to Shoe since the last picture. I thought he didn't look too much like a yoshi, and after that was pointed out by someone else, I decided to make him more yoshi-like. So there you have it.
