Mine... this is a true story. All of my kneecap skin was peeled off, an there is still a scar from my nose to my lip... It was when I was 3, but the scar is shorter but still remains. I was a bloddy, bloody sight. Blood. Everywhere. That memory is my worst, above all, greatest fear.

Exploding Head Syndrome.
I have it every summer due to lack of sleep, and it scares the crap out of me.

Every time I go to sleep, I fear that a stray gunshot would eventually take my life. I hear them every so often wher(ever) I live, too...
Oh, and spiders. The ONLY kind I don't mind (and like) are those you see in the corners of the house. Long legs, tiny bodies... yeah, those are alright.
The rest can go to hell for all I care! Especially tarantulas; not only do they haunt me in Animal Crossing: Wild World, I was just inches from stepping flat on a real one on a dark morning in Puerto Rico... *shudders*

I'm afraid of being trapped, knowing very well that the moments you are living may be your last. For example, let's consider the people in the upper levels of the World Trade Centers during September 11th. Some people on the upper levels were trapped, the staircases damaged or filled with smoke and fires that were inching closer to them by the minute. Then they had to think, would they rather jump, or burn to death.
Of course, there are many more situations of being trapped, but you get the picture. That's one of my fears, but it doesn't keep me from going into skyscrapers, caves, or whatever.
I'm also afraid of being unable to help someone in need.

The only real fear I have is the fear of death. Or moreso, the worry of what will happen after I leave this life.

Forgot. Those things that people send you where you stare at something, or by some other means it makes you concentrate carefully, then suddenly some freaky picture comes up. But that isn't what gets me. It's the SCREEEEEAM. Eeeeegh...those screams... Those that are longer than they should be and only get worse as they continue. Loud, clear, ear shattering screams. I can't even describe them very well. One of those almost gave me a heart attack. Thankfully, I didn't have headphones on, and my TV was louder than the computer. Ugh.
Also, roaches. Hate 'em, hate 'em, hate 'em. Hate them.

Your birth would not matter to you once you die. this is my greatest fear of all. Think about that. It might become your fear, too.

I fully expect my afterlife to consist of eternity in a wooden box.
