Here's the scoop: my friend and I are a part of a newly surfaced group on Youtube (I will not give the name in case if it's against the rules). However, we don't quite like the way the group is being run by our friends. Their main focus is on random (and slightly stupid) shorts. So we are going to attempt a branch-off group.
My real question is what would you make a film series about? I'm not looking to steal work or ideas, but I'm slightly at a loss. I know I want to make a series that's realistic (no lightsaber fights, no magic, etc.), but I'm not exactly sure what to make it about. If you'd like to help my brainstorming, that would be awesome and, of course, if you would like to continue to help, I would be more than happy to have some people on staff for writing and such. Obviously, i would give credit where I can. Also, this is all for recreation. No money involved, just for fun. If you want to help out for sure, PM me and we'll talk.
Plus this makes a good discussion topic, so why not just spill your brains on the table (please, not literally) and say what you would do if you could make your own film series to put on Youtube. it doesn't have to be realistic, so don't worry about my rambling about that before.
