Fresh Prince. Unforgettable comedy, solid stories, and great actors who nail their characters without fail. I always get so emotional when the final episode plays.

Gotta be Fraser. Although no sitcom is very intelligent, I still viewed that show as the "thinking man's sitcom."
EDIT: Also, shouldn't this go in the General Multimedia section?

Red Dwarf. Nothing else even comes close, in my book.

Yeah, forgot about Red Dwarf. I remember it being funny, though.
New show for my number one, by the way: the Might Boosh. I just love that show. The second season wasn't as good as the first, but it did have the 'old greg' and coconut episodes. That probably means nothing to everyone here. Sorry about that.

I really do need to watch more of The Mighty Boosh, I've only seen two episodes of it then I never saw it on air again.

Lost in the blinding whiteness of the tundraaa...

The Office. How I Met Your Mother. Monk.
Those are sitcoms, right? Well, they're hysterical to me. I think I'm probably the best sitcom there ever was. Because I'm hysterical. Get it? HAHAHA.

That 70's Show and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. These are the only two shows to make me laugh to fainting point.

Oh god, this can take a while so I'll just list three.
Psych for a hilarious comedy/drama/detective show with a psychic twist, well, a guy who likes to say he's psychic. It's hilarious and the two main characters work well together.
Dexter because hahahahahaha serial killers are fun to watch.
And lastly Monk, although that is coming to an end. :C Sometimes it is painful to watch when he is being ridiculously OCD but otherwise the show is either funny or really sweet. C:
