Heyo Teh! Love the banner! I've been on and off working on mine, and I should be able to finish my pencil draft soon! Does anyone know of any good and easy programs I can use on a Mac? If the worse case scenario happens, I can always use my roommate's laptop to photoshop my picture and everything, but I'd prefer to use something that won't stall and glitch up as much  Once I have this, you can expect mine in a few days (since college is starting to get easier for the moment  ) |

Thanks for making me double-post, Zyph.  GIMP can be helpful once you figure out how it works, but the interface is a bit of a nightmare to figure out at first. It's also based on GTK, which probably means it'll look ugly as sin on OS X. But hey, it does a pretty good job for something that's free (and open source). I personally use Paint Shop Pro 8 (sorry, no Mac). It's kinda been outdated for a little while now, but there isn't really anything out there that has the same sort of interface or feature set that I've grown accustomed to. |

Nobody just wants to color lineart? Nobody?  Well, whatever. I guess I'll just have to do everything myself. Actually, I have been wanting to experiment with colors lately, and I know where my colored pencils are.  Lot of schoolwork this week, though, I really hope I can contribute something by the end of it. |

Nobody just wants to color lineart? Nobody? Oh, I can color something for ya!  Believe it or not, I enjoy coloring just A LITTLE more than actual drawing. Anyway, here's my banner. Hope it's not too colorful! Yellow Yoshis don't get enough love~  I'll probably make a different one more suitable for the forum's color scheme later. |

You guys don't mind traditional art, right? I'll scan something on, if that's ok.
A simple glosh painting, that's what I'll make. Sure, the color effects won't be as great, nor will it be as shiny or flashy, but don't you think a traditional Yoshi painting would be nice to have?
Or I could make something with my tablet. I suck out loud when it comes to using tablets though, so.... I'd prefer not to.

Hey, I love the idea and the creativity in your banner Leo, but you might want to make "Yoshi's Corner" a bit larger ^^. That is just my opinion though.

Why, dama682? I actually kinda liked yours. Nice, simple style.
By the way, I probably won't end up finishing my banner (turns out that college is a little busier than it seemed at first). However, I've a fun little surprise in the works. You'll see when I'm done with it.

Well, these are great. Yer new one's good, Dama. Better than the old one, but the old one's decent too. I still haven't done mine. It's not that I forgot about it - it's just that it hasn't hit me yet. I can only draw something worth looking at when it hits me, ya know what I mean? But I can guarantee rolling one about before I graduate. In 2011. |
