Maya also looks at the cowboy yoshi. "Is it me or does he seem like he's sad?" Maya asked. "Everybody needs someone to confide into. Even a bounty hunting cowboy.

Erlosung just heard Maya's statement. He then spoke in a voice that lacks emotional tone.

"...everybody needs someone to confide into... all of mines are rendered dead... If he doesn't have any of such person, let him be..."

Erlosung's emotions cannot be felt nor seen due to his emotionless voice and his face fully covered. He then sat in a corner adjacent to the cowboy Yoshi, just looking up. He spoke again in an emotionless tone.

"Like him... I don't necessarily have a point in living on; all of my kind are dead... My colleagues... they were not only petrified, they were demolished in a laboratory explosion afterward... So as to say I am the last of my kind in terms of species now... Love life...? Forget it...

Why do I live on...? Though I may have no point in living on in this world at the moment... I'd rather see everything that happens until the end... Maybe if I stick around in this world a bit longer... I'd find something..."

Erlosung then just listened to the cowboy Yoshi's tune for a bit. A little while later, Erlosung then started to make a low toned, slow whistle tune of lament in a way it complement's the cowboy Yoshi's slow surreal prison-like tune, as if it were a duet.

"Oh great. Just as soon as this is over, I'm gonna have to pop a couple of Zoloft in my mouth. This is going to make me all depressed and sad." Maya said. She sighed and leaned against a wall.

[Elemental Ninja]

Ninjo spoke up again, "Hey don't be sad.at least we have our lives. We have a chance to finding the cure. Sure most of the Ninjas have died out as well. Only me and Ignuss here are left. I just keep telling my self I'm alive and where's there's life there's hope."

[Teal]

(Sorry but this RP will go into hiatus for a few days. You may continue posting conversations between your characters. Maybe some back stories or something.)

The cowboy continued to play his harmonica ignoring everyone and Firago seemed to be deep in thought.

Maya sits down and takes a deep breath. "Well if we can make each other feel better then why don't we tell stories?" Maya smiled nervously. "It might work to get rid of these negative feelings."

[Elemental Ninja]

Ninjo spoke up yet again, "Well here's one. I'm a descendant of the shadow tribe, a clan of ninjas. The village is located between worlds allowing ninjas to travel virtually anywhere. but alas the virus found its way to our village. I was last.No one else remained. Ninjoshi Hiroto, last of the ninjas." Ignuss chirped in, 'I'm from an underground village, "Very strong" my friends said. My parents sent me off to learn the ways of Ninjutsu. Sensei took me in and taught me his ways. Till the virus struck his village."

"I don't even know IF the virus has struck where I live yet. If it did, then I'll be devastated but I'll have to push through it.

[Yoshiken]

Hansen sat down with his back against the nearest wall, unable to feel comfortable with the somber atmosphere he was placed in. "I am sorry to hear about your village Ninjo. Don't give up hope though, and that goes for you too Maya. We will find a cure, I will make sure of it."

Hansen paused, taking a second to fix his posture. "You see, this virus has affected me in similar ways. I used to be a cop actually, with a good position and everything. However, after a very large, difficult case caused me to take up multiple roles, I found my love for criminal investigation. After I switched jobs to be a detective, life was easy...until this virus hit. The police force tried to assertively evacuate the city, and so it isn't hard to believe that they were the first to be hit by it. One by one, my best friends that I had grown up with in the force were being turned to stone.

I was the head of the investigation then, and so it had taken me out of the city. When I came back with no evidence, no clues, and no suspects, I felt incredibly guilty. My friends were petrified doing their best to protect others, and I wasn't. I felt that I should be encased in stone, instead of them. I made an oath to myself that I would find out who or what is causing this, and not only stop it, but find a cure. I know it sounds cheezy and cliche but that is my life."

[Elemental Ninja]

Ninjo spoke again, "My village turned out similar to this town. Everyone is frozen in place. We were preparing a defense for the upcoming battle. A large group of magikoopas attacked. Half of those in my village were turned to stone by magic and not the virus. However, all the white mages went first and I'm not able to cast Esuna yet." Ninjo pulled out his blades, "These were crafted from the finest weapon smith, perfectly balanced and able to channel magic. Here let me show you something." With that Ninjo slowly pulled off his mask revealing glowing green markings on his skin.

Maya shifted around and looked at everybody before taking a deep breath. "Anybody know of a place called "Tall, Tall Mountain"? That is where I live. IN the village over there."

[Teal]

"Eh...don't worry about it. I don't think the virus made it up in Tall Tall Mountain...since it's so high up," The cowboy said.

Firago's curiosity led him upstairs. There was nothing much up there except he had discovered a poor soul who was hiding in a dark corner but had petrified. He was about to go back downstairs when he took another look back in the room and saw a suspicious-looking crack in the wall. Upon further inspection it looked like the wall could be opened.

"Hey guys come on up here I think I found something," Firago said before he attempted to open it. He wasn't exactly the strongest rex around and struggled to pull it open. He did manage to open it an inch.

"OK. Move over and let me have a crack at it. I think that I might be able to get it opened up. But you have to stand back. Debris could go flying." she walked up to the crack, then Maya SHOVED her glaive into the wall and started prying it.

[Elemental Ninja]

Ninjo looked disappointed toward Maya, "Tsk, Tsk, Looking to snap your blade are you? Here move over I'll get it." Ninjo stood a few feet in front of the wall and made movements with his hands as if to ope it from there inch by inch the wall opened

Maya looked at Ninjo and just smirked. "I've done a lot worse to this glaive, and it won't break on me. Trust me, I know what I'm doing." Indeed, the glaive didn't snap no matter how hard she shoved it in. It came out, looking like new.

[Teal]

The cowboy came up the stairs and saw what the others were doing. "Huh, I don't remember something like that here before." He comes over and lends a hand pulling it open.

The combined effort of the four managed to open the secret door in the wall. There was a cave opening and it was lit up by lights along the sides of the cave wall.

"Heh nice work! Let's find out what's beyond here." Firago said as he stepped in.

The air smelled like coal somewhat as they ventured deeper in the secret passage. The path led to a chamber similar to the one in the mine: A cave-in and a chemical puddle that seeps under the cave-in. Except it was mirrored this time. It was evident that they reached the other side of their obstacle from the mine entrance.

"Haha! Yes! We've finally got this mission started. Oops...I guess I should be quiet now. This is a stealth mission my apologies." Firago nervously laughed.

The cowboy put his harmonica away and shook his head at over-enthusiastic Firago.

"He really does make you wonder a bit does he?" Maya asked the teenaged cowboy.

[Elemental Ninja]

Ninjo added silently, "Good I'll come in handy here then." Ignuss limped slowly and silently behind the rest.

Maya smiled as she went into the cave. "Well here is hoping that the cave doesn't collapse on us again.: she huffed.
