Okay, once I saw a man wearing a pink tutu and fluffy scarf, riding the bike down the beach. No jokes. I swear it. I have pictures. It was the weirdest thing EVER. So funny, me and my friends could not stop laughing. We actually tried to get his attention but he just kept on ridin'.

My parents also saw a full grown adult dressed like a baby in a store. Apparently, he lives that way. 0_o
