Umm does anyone else see a problem witht this? Separating the forum purely because of age is one thing. Age is nothing but a number. But if you guys want to be immature and have your cool "older kids" club with no "younger immature kids" than fine. Even though some of the younger posters here have shown a maturity beyond their years. I mean.. C'mon.. I'm 14. Im younger than everyone. Is my art any more immature than everyone elses? Do you see me annoying everyone and spamming immaturely? No. I think I have been a pretty active contributor in the short time that I've been here. I've drawn art, no less immature than anyone else's art. My talent might not be as up to par as some of the older artists, but the content is just as good. I critique more than some of the older posters, but I don't make fun immaturely. Neither do any of the other younger posters. The thing that really irks me is the 5th rule. No speaking badly about the forum? How are we NOT supposed to speak badly about it. You think all us younger posters are just going to prance around, praising you guys while you leave us out because you were born a few years earlier? I mean if we're acting immature, you could say, "Please do not post here." But to exclude from the start.. thats like judging a book by its cover. I put it right up there with racism, prejudice, and discrimination. At least give us a chance before you shun us. Thats just my two cents.
EDIT: How old is Timyoshi anyway?

....i dont think that were immature just because we have a forum like that...were not discriminating younger members, were just making a place to where we can extend the boundary of some things that we can say and do, its just like a pub or something...your not aloud to buy a drink unless your 21 or older....no matter how mature you act its still going to be 21....but thats not discrimination...oh and dont worry were discussing the 5th rule at this very moment

 We want a place to discuss slightly... more risqué, perhaps... well, just more slightly-adult themed topics anyways. Without fea of having every post being shot down by people who are afraid of the smallest swear, the slightest drop of blood, or the most infintesimal innuendo. I'm 17 Nightcroshi see this was exactly what is was afriad of someone having an opion on the section. Well what you want one for 14 and younger i guess huh sike just kidding. Well your probaly right but we just want somewhere to speak like adult and not the Youth Thanks. ps As long as I support the section it's staying and most mods support it too. -Respect other users: Don't post hurtful remarks (racial, physical or disrespectful). Everybody has the right to express their own opinion as long as it isn't directed to a person. Make friends with everyone, don't create isolated groups.
DON'T CREATE ISOLATED GROUPS.
PART OF OUR CONSTITUTION. Since when can you just break the constitution?

Everyone makes out that all the older members are just going to stay in the +15 forums forever. THATS NOT THE CASE. Of course we are going to be around the rest of the board...I mean, its like Yoshiken said. Its like a pub. You don't allow underage people to drink just because they are more mature. Same thing.

Oh my... I really feared this. I am not supporting their group either but I am not opposing them, I am neutral. I don't mind if they have their own group, unless of course the Constitution says not making isulated groups. I'll have to reread it to see if it actually is a violation. But, calm down, there is no reason to protest. Everyone please calm down, or before you know it, this board is dead. Someone has to make an agreement.  |

If there were a bunch of 7 year old kids that wanted to play with you, would you really want to? I don't think you would. The constitution says not to create isolated groups, not isolated forums. Meaning, it only bans users from creating their own friend groups and exclude everybody else. But it doesn't mean to say admins can't create isolated forums. However, it's not clear enough, so I think I'll have to edit it. |

Whoa, whoa, hold on there partner. Wouldn't that be abusing your powers. My English teacher was right, people who create the rules and violate it, often modify it so there will be no violation. You aseriously wouldn't do that would you? You must ask the admin first Yoshi Soul, you are not the admin, therefore you should await his consent. You can't just waltz and modify the constitution as you please. Wait until Tim Yoshi says something please.

First of all, Yoshi soul.. I really hope you are not double my age. Second of all, I said you don't see me annoying EVERYONE. I didn't say I don't annoy some people. Third of all.. modify the constitution? Are you serious? Your going to modify the rules that you set down so that you are right? Hmm,.. anyone else sense any corruption in power there?

You two (Joshi and Nightcroshi) should be thankful for being on a board that has a full detailed 'constitution'. Rarely do other boards have any specific rules at all, and the admins can do WHATEVER they please in those boards. You should be thankful that I placed limits on myself just to create a better board. I'm sure that if you told that to the admin of mostly any other board, you would be banned or have your posts deleted. This board is NOT a 100% democracy. Which means that the admins (and that's TimYoshi AND me) have the final word. If we have the power to make the rules in the first place, why shouldn't we be allowed to edit them too?
I'm getting very seriously annoyed with these insolent posts. I feel like adding a line to the constitution that says "The admins can do as they please". Don't make me do this. But I think I'll definitely have to add something about criticizing the admins too much anyway.
Besides, I wasn't going to 'change' the constitution. I was not going to change its meaning. I was only going to make it clearer.

i don't care at all if there is a 15 year older section or not. It wasn't there before but now that it is here you are arguing about it. Just pretend it wasn't ever there. Then when you turn 15 it will just seem like it just opened. Besides, it's not like the rest of the board is inaccesable. If i can wait 3 years then i think you can wait 3 months.

I'm actually thankful to be in these boards (hint hint), but just one thing, if you are an admin, then how come you are not indicated an admin. If you were to be an admin, Tim Yoshi would had had you be ranked as an admin instead of a *coughglobal moderatorcough*. We are not criticizing the admin, we are not criticizing anyone. Therefore, you have no right to assume we were just criticizing you. Nobody was critisizing Tim Yoshi, so there is no problem. If Tim Yoshi knew he was criticized, he would've taken action.
However, I don't think he would be happy to hear you editted the Constitution to his unbeknownst. Please Yoshi Soul, can you just be peaceful and understanding for one day? Today is not the berst day for an arguement. Let's just forget anything of this ever happened.

ummmm joshi we are the best of friends and all....but i have to totally disagree with you there, yoshi soul wasnt starting an argument at all, he was stating his opinion just like YOU, oh and he was being very peaceful joshi, he didnt say anything wrong at all, and he was very understanding. he answered all questions with excelling answers, he has been trying to resolve everything...

First of all I would like to modify it with the mods permission secondly, i don't no post like someone younger than you if you continue you criticism than i will have no choice but to give you a strike. And Raynbow is right you should just wait three months. And Yeah me and Soul have the last word after all the Majority of mods agree on it.
