I'm always hopeless at expressing what I want to say when ever it comes to something like this, and everything I do say ends up like a crappy old Hallmark card.
The whole thing is probably lot to take in, but try to ignore it and keep going. No point making what could be the last few days a depressing ordeal (although I'm sure with todays medical technology it won't be), try to take your mind off of it. Don't give up whatever happens.
Regardless of the outcome, everyone here will be thinking of you.

Perhaps I should've replied to this sooner, I apologise for not doing so. I'm sorry to hear things aren't great for you health-wise Yink, and I can't imagine what you must be going through. But remember, thinking about the bad complications, it doesn't help anyone...more importantly yourself. Theres a saying, which is 'Live every day as if they were your last' and even though negative things are what our minds remember most vivedly, it really does ring true. The operation, ahh, I feel you have nothing to worry about there. Doctors and surgeons aren't wishy-washy about these things, you have your health in the hands of some very experienced professionals. And I'm sure it won't nearly be as painful as you think - its usually the worrying and nerves beforehand which is the worst part, heh. In any case...I have high hopes for you, you'll be fine. No worries. |

Yink, I wish you the best of luck with the operation at hand. Don't let it get to you, thats the worst thing that could ever happen. If you think about it, ponder over it, it can come to haunt you. Remember your friends... a very dear friend was there when things got tough once before... if you remember your friends, you'll get through.
Times can get very tough, if you can remember what has occured to make you smile you can pass through all barriers. We remember one thing in life, that it is a hard occurence. You'll be dealt many a hard blow and you'll be dealt many a soft. No matter how hard or soft, you take those blows and you must dodge them. You must make them better than they appear, its the way to succeed. The smallest thing can change everything, and it may be something you never expected.
Best of luck, and all faith in the surgery to come. Every surgery is a tough one, a hard one. Even the slightest, you just stick in there alright? You'll be here Monday, I'll do anything for that to happen. It's a fight worth fighting, and I know you'll fight it. Just don't let anything get to you, rid of all your fears and keep the mind on the coming and the opening to the brighter things. Do not be scared, it's hard not to and I know you will be, but remember one thing. Things you do not expect, will always be at your side.

good luck yink, ive only had an operation once in my life, and its too young to remember. i cant do much for you, all i can say is good luck and pray.

I know how you feel... about the surviving thing. It's not fun. But, everyone here wishes the best for you, Yink, as do I. Don't die on us, please.
It's amazing what human beings can pull off, if they're determined enough. Be determined to survive, and you will. There isn't really much more I can say without repeating what the others said, but you know the doctors won't let a wonderful person like you die on them.

Since I saw the 25% thing, it reminded me of a comic...which I made into Yoshi form. I know this is an odd time, but I do hope this makes you more confident.  By the way, Sprites were from Lazo...a loooong time ago...and the dark blue yoshi was from Darkmark. |

I sure know you get better soon Yink, and I wish you luck, I had a operation too, but I was very little and I don't know much from it...but I did know, I didn't fell any pain ^^

like some people ive been through an operation (Hernia) like when i was 4!!! I hope you make it out okay!!!!! i wish all the luck of the world to you!! you will be in our thoughts and prayers...im 100000000% positive jesus will see you through this!!
